My service experience was disappointing. I waited quite a while to be greeted when I arrived for service. My service required multiple days without my vehicle due to having to wait for par I waited quite a while to be greeted when I arrived for service. My service required multiple days without my vehicle due to having to wait for parts. I did not receive timely responses from the service center on the status of the repair of my vehicle even when I was told multiple times that I would receive a call-back. I had to keep reaching out to the service center to find out when the parts would arrive, when the repair would start, how long the repair would take, and the estimated time when my vehicle would be ready for pick-up. These only reason I gave a two star rating instead of one star was because the service advisor was at least cordial on the phone. Needless to say, I will not be using White's Auto Mall CDJR again for any type of business. More
It's been 3 days since I took my vehicle in. I still haven't heard if the work will be approved by MVP warranty. Why should it take this long? I am extremely disappointed with the service! Really bad costumer service, I had 6 days without car, when I a called to them, they toldme 1 day, later they toldme that my car will be ready at 12pm, and I called a 12pm and they toldme a a couple hours when I a called to them, they toldme 1 day, later they toldme that my car will be ready at 12pm, and I called a 12pm and they toldme a a couple hours more, I called again at 5pm and they toldme that my car is not ready and I need wait other day, I called the next day and the same. Other thing is that they disconnected my stereo and my stereo doesn't work like before I left my car More
