all good. air conditioner compressor & water pump needed replacement. Only odd thing was the climate controller temperature was turned to maximum while max AC air conditioner compressor & water pump needed replacement. Easily fixed by turning climate control temp down but took me few minutes to figure out why car was cooling on max AC but blasted hot air when set to normal AC. More

I am not pleased with the service department. The people were pleasant and helpful but the service department did not repair my vehicle properly. My transmission went out and I took it to Whites The people were pleasant and helpful but the service department did not repair my vehicle properly. My transmission went out and I took it to Whites due to I purchased the vehicle there and I have an extended warranty as well. This was on July 3. I received a call three or four days later to say I could get my vehicle. I drove approximately 20 miles; stopped for gas and it would not shift into gear. The repair mechanic came and he could not shift it in gear. The vehicle was towed back to the shop. I was told they had a vehicle for me to use. I DID NOT ask for it but I took it. After all it was their fault I was back. They had the van for almost two weeks. I called finally just to check the status. I was told it was ready. For how long?? I picked the van up, drove it off the lot, stopped at the stop light by the dealership and the van jumped and the tires squealed when I pressed on the gas. I turned around and returned the vehicle again! I was told to take the “loaner” again. When I called again to check the status, several days later, I was told again it was ready. I called. They didn’t. I was told earlier a rebuilt transmission was used. The reason for this return was due to “debris”. I picked the van up on Friday. Saturday morning when I put it in drive it jumped again. I was upset but I decided it was just a fluke so I continued to drive it. It didn’t jump again for a couple of days and then it started doing it every time I shifted into drive. Once again I returned it to the dealership! This time it was leaking fluid. Rapidly. I was told it would be an hour or more for the repair but since I had kids with me I had someone come get us and left it overnight. I was told by the service manager Chris that he would leave it in the shop for the night to check for leaks, drive it the next morning to be sure it was ok and then call me when it was ready. He didn’t call. I waited until around 1:30 and called again. I was told it hadn’t been driven yet but he would do so then. I told them I needed my van by 2 as I had an appointment and would be there to get it. I was not pleasant when I picked up my vehicle. I was fed up with the lack of communications and the number of times I had to return the vehicle to get it repaired correctly. Yesterday I received what I assume to be a bill for over $1000 for the use of the vehicle I thought was being loaned to me because they couldn’t get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. Now I have to pay over $1000!!! I will be fighting this bill! More

Whites Auto Mall took care of my recalls on my truck that I had been waiting for SEVERAL months at another dealership. I will no longer be going to that “other” dealership.
