My appt was at 9::15 on Nov 29th for an oil change and brake fluid change. 3 hours later, 12:00, I went to ask when I was going to be done and was told somebody would stop working on another car to do my brake fluid change. 3 hours later, 12:00, I went to ask when I was going to be done and was told somebody would stop working on another car to do my brake fluid change. Sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours and nobody telling me anything at all made me mad so I asked for my car so I could leave. I saw at least 4 customers who came in after me to the waiting room be advised their vehicles were ready and leave. I’ve been a Sisk and then a Whites customer for years and this incident made me think I should look elsewhere for my car maintenance. More

I purchased a vehicle with several issues and they aren't willing to fix them even though they are a dangerous hazard to me. They assured me they had ordered them when they had not done so. They said they would be in the following week when that was a lie because when I showed up they said they needed to take pictures to order the parts. They still haven't contacted me and it's been over 2 months. Cody Brown and Ryan Cowley were great but the office manager was not nice or helpful at all. He doesn't care about customers at all. And it's funny they send me a request to review the service center when they haven't touched my vehicle at all!!!! Don't trust the used car lot because they don't care and are dishonest. More
