Lauren was great and really helped me out. The Jeep broke down on the Interstate at 4 in the morning. Squirrels got in the engine of our car and chewed up a lot of wiring and other things. Took it to White’s to get fixed and they ended up doing a terrible job. They ended up only replacing three wires and lot of wiring and other things. Took it to White’s to get fixed and they ended up doing a terrible job. They ended up only replacing three wires and called everything else “cosmetic” damage except it wasn’t. After still having issues we took the car to Firestone where they found that the fuel line was barely hanging on and quit frankly a real hazard to even operate, as well as other wiring that was affecting the electronic throttle body. In all it cost us another $500 to fix what the dealership missed or just ignored all together. More

Madeline , my service writer, and Chris my diesel tech were amazing I had a few visits. For some warranty issues and they treated me amazing. They were able to get us back on the road in time to make most of our vacation trip. More
