I was very patient while they worked on a vehicle I just purchased three days prior to it going into the service center. However, after having my vehicle for 25days and not being able to fix it, or have a purchased three days prior to it going into the service center. However, after having my vehicle for 25days and not being able to fix it, or have a solid plan to what the next steps would be; and the lack of communication from the service manager, prompted me to escalate my concerns to the general management level. As of this review, no one from the dealership has followed up to see if everything is good or not. Service after the sale - very poor. Beware of buying a vehicle from this dealership. More

Madeline in the service department is a fantastic employee who is very helpful and great at her job. 5 Stars for her! I do recommend allowing for individual vehicle scheduling vs a first come fir employee who is very helpful and great at her job. 5 Stars for her! Not everyone has two cars and having to drop off a vehicle for 3 days because there is only one PhEV tech is very frustrating. More
