The repair was made and vehicle ready for us to pick up four days prior to the first date we were given. Tim, Service Manager, was very polite and understanding each time I spoke with him. It was pouring rain on the day I picked up the van and he drove it inside the bay so I would not have to battle the rain again which was a very nice gesture. Although the repair cost seemed high, it was probably in line with other repair shops. We were disappointed some of the cost was not covered on the extended warranties. More

Tim made sure to document all of the necessary items that needed to be addressed for the 60,000 mile check up. He then checked the car's status and let me know he'd be checking in during the service. Upon completion, he let me know the vehicle was complete and would come and get me when the paperwork was done. This process took awhile because he was swamped, but did connect. Everything was completed as requested. I received copies of the documentation and was escorted to a nice clean vehicle. Thank you! More
