Received an email from the dealership to check in online. Completed the online check in and it said to drive in, turn the hazards on and leave the keys in the car and leave. I asked if we needed to come back was told “I guess I’ll do it over the phone for you” Was told that they close at one and would call when the car was ready for pickup. They called my husband instead of me after one and was annoyed we weren’t in the area to come get the car right then. We ended up picking my keys up from the sales staff who were very pleasant More
