Shifter service & Recall Ricky, you know I wasn't satisfied. And by the way I ordered the 18.00 part off line and it fixed the issue. Also the diagnosis charge was not right since I had everything apart and told u what was wrong with it. I also don't understand shop supply charge if u didn't do anything but look at it. It felt like due to being a female I wouldn't know the difference in the issue. I am assuming the recall got complete, no one mentioned that at all. Thanks anyway. More

Disappointing experience after past exceptional service We have purchased our past three vehicles from this dealership. The service we have received has been exceptional up until this past week. We have onl We have purchased our past three vehicles from this dealership. The service we have received has been exceptional up until this past week. We have only used Sisk for the service on our vehicles. Our daughter Had a service appointment on Wednesday for an oil change and tire rotation. She asked them to check her tires because her tire pressure light had been on. She had to air up her tires a few times in the last week. Our daughter has been responsible for the maintenance on her car since she was 17. Tim Jones has assisted her and made sure everything was explained to her. Unfortunately, Tim was not her advisor on Wednesday. The service advisor assisting our daughter did tell her they were unable to perform the tire rotation due to the condition of her tires. She had a nail in one tire that was unable to be repaired. The dealership told our daughter she needed four new tires. They told her she would need to call her dad. Our daughter has been responsible for the maintenance on this car for two years. She called me because she was upset. She felt she was being pressured. I called the dealership to ask if they could send me a picture of the tire that could not be repaired. I was told the car was no longer on the lift because it was being washed so they didn’t have a picture. They told me they would give our daughter an estimate and like they told her, if we ordered the tires by 3 pm, they could have them the next day. I asked if it was safe for my daughter to drive her car with the nail in the tire. I was assured it was safe. My daughter called me once she received the estimate. It was not explained to her. It did not look like the estimate I received last year when I purchased tires. I called the dealership to ask additional questions and so I could have a better idea of how much we would need to spend. I feel the advisor felt I was stupid. I was told I could shop around for the best prices. To be honest, since I started using this dealership I have never shopped around for the best price. I have always trusted them. This time, we chose to shop around. We found a better price and better customer service. My daughter took her car today for new tires and was very pleased with the experience. I feel the Sisk should have explained the estimate more to my daughter. I feel they should have given her the same excellent service they have given me. They should not have pressured her or repeatedly told her to call her dad. My husband called our salesman today and told him of our experience. He was told the service manager would give him a call. He hasn’t received a call today. We turned to our salesman because he has been absolutely wonderful to us from the beginning we came to Sisk. We do not hold this experience against him at all. We are upset with the service department. More
