The service staff was courteous and informative. The diagnostic and service both took longer than estimated, which is typical of this dealer. Edit: This is without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced. The day I brought the vehicle home my family and I were left stranded more than 4 hours from home with a vehicle that would not start. The starter would crank but the engine would not start. When I was able to return to the service center, after being stranded a second time and having to leave my vehicle in a parking lot over night, the service adviser, Lucas, informed me that the battery was bad, but that it was fine when they tested it the first time so it wasn’t their fault. I told him it didn’t sound like the battery was the issue but he insisted and refused to do any additional work until I agreed to pay for a replacement battery. Afterwards, he informed me that the battery had been corroded and leaking water, but that he couldn’t have been expected to catch that on initial inspection, and that all other systems were functioning properly, “it just needed a new battery.” A couple days later, my family and I were yet again stranded with a vehicle that would not start, doing exactly the same thing as before. I have spent a week attempting to contact the service center but have received no answer. I’m have left several voicemails with multiple representatives but have received zero return phone calls. I have paid them thousands of dollars and have been returned a vehicle is still not operating. For reference, I initially took the vehicle in for a small oil leak, which turned out to be a broken drain plug. The service adviser recommended replacement of the fuel tank pressure sensor and a tune-up/fuel injector service. More
