My husband and I have been long time customers of White's auto mall. However, this instance was less than desirable. First we had an appointment on a Friday for a recall work, we showed up and after 30 minut auto mall. However, this instance was less than desirable. We were rescheduled for the following Monday. We dropped the vehicle off Sunday night. My husband and I placed a call at 2:30 and then at 3:30 PM To see if the vehicle would be ready by 4 as previously discussed the Friday before when we had to reschedule. We left Voice-mail and no one ever called us back. We decided we would just drive to the dealership from our home in clarksville to see if the vehicle was done since no one would return our calls. Schedule appointment and 2 hours after dropping truck off, work had not been started. Taking my truck to the dealership has been about convenience not lack of ability to do the work myself. This experience definitely changed that for me and I will be maintaining my own vehicle from now on and using a local Mopar certified mechanic for any work I cannot do myself. It is also significantly cheaper to get OEM parts outside of the dealerships. Fuel filters being the prime example. I can get both filters online for $100 and it takes 30 minutes of my time to save $350 the dealership charges. Unfortunately long time Sisk Auto customer but will not be visiting Whites again. More
