I Love how I'm treated there but I am not a fan of the lady in the service center. Prices are entirely too high. Charging $169 per hour labor is ridiculous. I can get a battery at Auto Zone or Walmart for half what you charge. I'm sure the markup for Mopar p Charging $169 per hour labor is ridiculous. I can get a battery at Auto Zone or Walmart for half what you charge. I'm sure the markup for Mopar parts is 100% or more. I will only use you when parts are not available anywhere else. Tim was very helpful though. More

Parts prices are ridiculous. I can buy a battery for half what you charge. The only reason I come here is for factory parts such as computer modules.
