Never did I have communication durning my visit. Dropped my car off in the morning then can back that’s night and the person who I spoke to kept looking for my car. Couldn’t find. Turns out it didn’t even get seen even though I had an appointment. Stayed the next day. No one called to inform me or any. We ended up having to order a part. Yet still no one has called me that it was in. I had to call. And then I still cannot get back in for another two weeks. Very unfortunate. More

Terrible service. I brought my vehicle in to get my shifter serviced. About a week past without any updates. When I went to pick up my vehicle, all they did was a syst I brought my vehicle in to get my shifter serviced. About a week past without any updates. When I went to pick up my vehicle, all they did was a system update and charged me about $200. 10mins after I left the dealership my Service Shifter light came on again. I wouldn't recommend this service department or dealership to anyone. More

I would have to say, for the services I was having done on my vehicle the time to complete was satisfactory. Services provided were an oil change, rotate tires and balance tires. I waited for the service on my vehicle the time to complete was satisfactory. Services provided were an oil change, rotate tires and balance tires. I waited for the services to be completed and it took about 1.5 hours. I did not consider this to be unacceptable again given tasks to complete. Lounge area for customers is better than most I have been to. More
