Believe it or not, but the dealership actually answered the phone! This means a lot to us, since we are new to the area. If we were unavailable whenever the random call came, it would then necessitate leaving another message and then waiting, yet again, for another return call. At White’s, setting up an appointment was quick, easy, and efficient. They even gave me a same-day service option! Madeline, our service advisor, was outstanding. She was friendly, communicative, and professional. Everything was transparent and open. She did not try to sell me services that I didn’t need. She emailed me a service report and printed a copy at my request. She thanked me for being a customer, and I sensed that she was wholeheartedly genuine. Because I felt valued and appreciated, I will continue to drive 35 minutes each way, especially since the dealership in my town has horrendous reviews. By the way, they reset my oil monitor and put a reminder sticker in the upper left hand corner of my windshield! (You can’t take something as simple as this for granted anymore, as many dealerships have stopped this practice.) Give White’s a chance—you won’t be disappointed! More

Received an email from the dealership to check in online. Completed the online check in and it said to drive in, turn the hazards on and leave the keys in the car and leave. Received a call from the service center a while later asking where I was and I said I followed the directions received from the email. Was told “not everything you read on the internet is correct”. I asked if we needed to come back was told “I guess I’ll do it over the phone for you” Was told that they close at one and would call when the car was ready for pickup. They called my husband instead of me after one and was annoyed we weren’t in the area to come get the car right then. We ended up picking my keys up from the sales staff who were very pleasant More
