Service manager took 3 weeks to even get my warranty claim started knowing the warranty expires in I believe was about 8 weeks. After I got Jeep involved with a case number then he started but was still dragging his feet. Didn't answer 90% of my phone calls or return them. After jeep was informed of what he was doing he then started to get the ball rolling . He also stated the dealer ship only uses 1 body shop in town because of jeep standards. Finally after a week of waiting for the dealer ship to order the parts Jeep expedited my parts to the dealership and my jeep went to the body shop with jeep standards... Work was done quick, they replaced the hood, passenger door, all the door hinges and hood hinges. Paint job was medeoker at best. You can see where they sanded down the door and the paint doesn't blend well .. but you only see it in well lit places. Vehicle wasn't washed or cleaned when I picked it up even after giving him a 3 hour notice. Communication was poor, speed of warranty work was quick, speed of getting things started was SLOOOOW. He acted as if it was his personal money paying for the warranty work. I won't be back and won't recommend them .. pathetic. More

I took my vehicle in for vibration/shaking in the pedal/floor area. My vehicle was at the dealership for a week. I dropped the vehicle off on 10/17/2024 and picked it up on 10/24/2024. When I picked pedal/floor area. My vehicle was at the dealership for a week. I dropped the vehicle off on 10/17/2024 and picked it up on 10/24/2024. When I picked my vehicle up, I was under the assumption that it was repaired. After leaving the dealership I could tell that it wasn't repaired. I decided to drive it home in hopes that what I thought I was feeling would go away, but needless to say it didn't. When I arrived home, I call the dealership to inform them that the issue wasn't fixed, and I was transferred to a service manager voicemail. After not speaking to the service manager, I decided to go back to the dealership. When I got to the dealership, I spoke to Tony who informed me he was one of the services managers. I explained everything to him and the test drove the vehicle with me in the passenger seat. He confirmed what I was feeling and said he would make an appointment to have it looked at again. I informed him that I couldn't leave it that day, however I could bring it back on 10/28/2024, so he made me an appointment for 1:30 p.m. on 10/28/2024. The vehicle is there now, with no expectation as to when it will be repaired. In addition, to everything I don't understand how it could have been test drove after it was supposedly repaired and the same issue wasn't felt. I'd also like to add that my service advisor Madeline provided exceptional customer service, she went over and beyond. More
I was exceptionally pleased with the service I received. Tim Willoughby helped to solve the problem with the air leveling system on my 2015 Ram 1500 after I spent several weeks and multiple visits to anoth Tim Willoughby helped to solve the problem with the air leveling system on my 2015 Ram 1500 after I spent several weeks and multiple visits to another service center without resolution of the problem. He understood my concerns and demonstrated knowledge and expertise regarding the issue. The technician who evaluated the problem went through appropriate steps to diagnose and rule out various issues rather than recommending costly repair and replacement of parts unnecessarily. In the end, none of the outrageously costly repairs recommended by the other repair center were necessary and White's Auto Mall got my truck back in running order for a fraction of the cost. I live in Clarksville, but i will be making the drive to Hopkinsville for future service needs because they have the expertise you expect from a dealership service center and they treat the customer right. More

My service experience was disappointing. I waited quite a while to be greeted when I arrived for service. My service required multiple days without my vehicle due to having to wait for parts. I did not receive timely responses from the service center on the status of the repair of my vehicle even when I was told multiple times that I would receive a call-back. I had to keep reaching out to the service center to find out when the parts would arrive, when the repair would start, how long the repair would take, and the estimated time when my vehicle would be ready for pick-up. These only reason I gave a two star rating instead of one star was because the service advisor was at least cordial on the phone. Needless to say, I will not be using White's Auto Mall CDJR again for any type of business. More
