This has been by far the worst service experience I have ever experienced at White’s Auto Mall. There was one service writer trying to juggle all the customers and give updates on the vehicle status. I was promised my vehicle would be on the rack 3 different days and never happened. An appointment was made but once the purchased part arrived there was priority to get the work done. Service like this is how you drive away returning customers. The service writers need better support and the department needs better management. If you are going to keep a customers vehicle for an unknown amount of time give them updates and don’t make them call you for an update. I am highly disappointed in this service visit. More
