Our salesman Mark was excellent as was the general manager, when we had an issues with the one of the 2 vehicles we purchased they took care of us, alot of companies in general have no customer servic manager, when we had an issues with the one of the 2 vehicles we purchased they took care of us, alot of companies in general have no customer service anymore, this one has great customer service and I will recommend them to anyone. While I am very pleased with the vehicle itself, I must share that the overall purchase experience was extremely disappointing. After completing the paperwork, the salesman left me unattended in the parkin share that the overall purchase experience was extremely disappointing. After completing the paperwork, the salesman left me unattended in the parking lot, and I had to search for him just to confirm whether I was free to leave with my new car. Additionally, I had specifically requested a hitch receiver system to be installed, which was agreed upon. However, when I returned for installation, I discovered that only the hitch was ordered, with no wiring harness included. For a purchase of over $30,000, I expected much greater attention to detail and professionalism. More
