There used to be an advertisement for a car dealership in our area that touted, "We go the extra mile." We felt that Damon Salvatore went more than the extra mile for us. It took more than one phone call and he kept us updated on progress. There was no high pressure to make the sale happen. Damon waited until we were ready to make the deal. There were a few minor glitches (on our part)that he smoothed over and made us feel like he was working on our behalf. He did what he said he would do, and more. In general, I tend to mistrust salesmen, but Damon definitely earned my trust. This is our second car from this dealership and the major reason for our return. White River Toyota is very interested in customer satisfaction and works hard to earn it. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and not once did my blood pressure get into the danger zone. More

Taking the car in for regular service is easy- Pete Stoddard and the dealership staff, make scheduling an appt. easy and convenient, it can happen the very next day! There is never any waiting and somehow they always have the time and staff to accommodate me. I am impressed with the quality workmanship, the professional service and the helpful friendly staff. They don't try to sell you parts/repairs you don't need. They are fair and honest-- I LOVE dealing with a dealership that has it ALL together, they make things easy, fast, efficient, while all at a fair price. I will NEVER purchase a car ANYWHERE else. I am not related to, or do I have any relatives that work for the dealership, nor do I have stock in the company. I am just a THRILLED, SATISFIED CUSTOMER!
