John helped me find the perfect truck and worked with me on my trade-in to get an acceptable price. After having the truck for only a short time, the transmission went. But I knew when I shopped for a Toyot on my trade-in to get an acceptable price. After having the truck for only a short time, the transmission went. But I knew when I shopped for a Toyota, I'd be well take care of. My truck was towed to the dealership, they delivered a loaner vehicle the next day and within two days, my new truck was ready (with its new transmission) and delivered. All this when I lived 70 miles away. Toyota has a fantastic reputation and this dealership, and John McKeon, is one of the reasons why. I don't know why I waited so long to trade up to a REAL truck. We have been with White River Toyota since 2003 and have had a wonderful, no hassle experience with sales and service employees. White River Toyota recently lost one of their salesmen, Alfie, who we got to had a wonderful, no hassle experience with sales and service employees. White River Toyota recently lost one of their salesmen, Alfie, who we got to know almost like a family member. It was Alfie who looked out for us and alerted us to deals from Toyota as they came available. His attention to his customers like us is one of the reasons we have returned to White River Toyota - we are now into our fourth Sienna lease. As our third lease was about to conclude, a new salesman, Dan O'Brien, contacted us (like Alfie would) and alerted us to a buyout deal from Toyota which has saved us some cash. We told Dan exactly what we wanted (sometimes customers don't know really what they want) and he assembled the paperwork and secured that specific Sienna we wanted. The whole process of exchanging vehicles and the paperwork with Dan and with Alan Streeter may have taken 3 hours tops! We noticed that the paperwork process has been streamlined to allow the customer to be on their way with a new vehicle. We thank Dan O'Brien for getting us what we needed and on our way. Dan is a good fit for White River Toyota. More

We walked in knowing exactly what we were able to afford, and had a car payment that we were underwater with. We walked out with two brand new cars at the same price as our one car payment! This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from White River Toyota in 28 years and there is a reason I keep coming back. I feel like I get a straight story and although they certainly act like they want my business and they value it, they don't strong arm me. I can walk away, think it over, come back, get my questions answered and in the end I can make a calm decision without feeling manipulated. The other piece that I love about this dealership is that I have gotten great service on all my cars. I get the straight story, a fair price up front without any surprises. I have been having my old Toyota serviced here for over 10 years. Now, I just traded it in for a new Camry SE.
