I sh Kilmer at White River Toyota. Throughout two visits to the dealership and numerous phone calls and emails, Chris was an absolute professional. I shopped around at other dealerships and nobody had more knowledge of the Toyota Tundra than Chris Kilmer. He was able to answer my questions honestly and completely and truly made it easy to decide on a truck and complete the sale. I've never had an easier truck or car buying experience. No games, no nonsense. Just a great experience all around. I assure you this is not the case at every local Toyota dealer. I'm very happy with my decision to buy from White River Toyota. When my wife needs a new car (probably next summer) we will be sure to stop and see Chris. Neil Emerson South Ryegate, VT More
We bought our first Toyota (Avalon)in 2000 from Chris Killmer. 11 years later we intentionally went back to White River Toyota and Chris to buy our second Toyota (Venza). Chris is top notch...treats his Killmer. 11 years later we intentionally went back to White River Toyota and Chris to buy our second Toyota (Venza). Chris is top notch...treats his customers with respect, no pressure, does his homework...has or gets answers. In 2000, I felt too much pressure for extended coverage from the WRT financial people. This visit I told Chris I was absolutely not going to buy the extended coverage and to let his financial people know that in advance. We delt with Tim Brousseau who was equally no pressure..knew his stuff...answered our questions professionally....I ended up buying the extended coverage! Service over the 11 years we owned the Avalon was also excellent. WRT is an first rate dealership...I recommend them highly. More
Chris and all the people we dealt with were very friendly and imformative. This was the easiest car sale I have ever had. Chris gave us exactly what we wanted for trade, and he was a "no pressure" salem and imformative. This was the easiest car sale I have ever had. Chris gave us exactly what we wanted for trade, and he was a "no pressure" saleman like my husband and I have dealt with in the past. The best exprience we had in buying a car. I would also like to say that the rest of the staff we dealt with was amazing. Up front and honest, very informative. I highly recommend White River Toyota to anyone. sincerely Liz and Dan Gray St. Johnsbury, Vt More

I have purchased four Tundra's from Chris Killmer at White River Toyota in the last six years. He is very professional and great to deal with and not a high pressure salesman. It's not uncommon to be in White River Toyota in the last six years. He is very professional and great to deal with and not a high pressure salesman. It's not uncommon to be in a new vehicle within 48 hours of making the decision to purchase. I drive 30,000 miles a year and White River Toyota has done all of my service work for the past six years. They are quick to schedule an appointment and I have never had them not complete the work as scheduled. I cannot afford to be without my vehicle as I use it for work and they have never let me down. Another dealership quoted me a price but after ten days they said they could not locate the car I wanted. White River received one on the truck that day we made a deal and I picked up the car the next day they said they could not locate the car I wanted. Last year I purchased a new Matrix at WRT (an excellent experience). Today I went in for a basic service and asked a casual question about the microphone part of the JBL/Bluetooth package. Eric Hard, who a experience). Today I went in for a basic service and asked a casual question about the microphone part of the JBL/Bluetooth package. Eric Hard, who always gets things done properly, went straight to TJ, the Head Technical advisor who knows all Toyota vehicles inside and out. TJ immediately dropped what he was doing to help me. He listened patiently, then together we used our cell phones with the Matrix Bluetooth system so he could get a first hand understanding of my question. Considering the conundrums TJ is undoubtedly faced with on a daily basis, my "problem" must have seemed very minor, but he treated it as if it were the most important one he'd come across. After some research (Toyota obviously knows the microphone on this system is less than perfect), he personally pulled the dashboard apart so he could move the mic to a better location. It was amazing watching this 6'2 guy squeeze himself into the foot-well all the while exuding wonderful humor. In the end, his efforts made a big improvement to the mic performance. On the side, Toyota should consider developing a better JBL system as TJ had to waste much too much time on something that should never have been an issue. In all, I am once again in awe of White River Toyota, its Service Department, and the personable experts who work there. Oh yes, when I was leaving, the General Manager (Pete Stoddard) came out to talk to me personally - just to make sure everything was to my complete satisfaction. If you want the very, very best, go to White River Toyota - you won't be disappointed. More
We used a Toyota dealer in Laconia, Irwin, and after several bad experiences with them, meeting with one of the owners, not getting issues resolves, we decided to take our business elsewhere, and White several bad experiences with them, meeting with one of the owners, not getting issues resolves, we decided to take our business elsewhere, and White River Toyota is top notch. At White River, the sales team, the service department, overall friendliness and customer relations are the best. The feeling we get saying White River Toyota is our dealership makes us proud. Honestly, the way we were treated in Laconia left us with a disappointed feelings in Toyota and their "family," but we took the chance with White River, and were sooooo pleasantly pleased with our transaction, including the services, ie, oil changes. They listen to the customer, and do their very best in keeping us pleased. With the economy taking a nosedive, a cash paying customer needs to be appreciated as we were. This is our 3rd cash purchasing a Prius, first for White River, but I know we will return when we're ready to purchase again. In the service department, sitting in the waiting room, overhearing how the service techs spoke to a woman with a baby about her vehicle, answering her important questions impressed us immensely. Maybe the other dealerships in the area should come and observe how customers should be treated, with respect and concern. As you can see, we are glad we found a new family to deal with, trust our Prius with, and be treated with respect. Simple formula.... Frank Grelle & Helen Martyszyn More
