I just wished they had explained the results over the phone when they called to consult me t was ready to be picked up. Overall I was very satisfied with their customer service skills and friendliness and continued professionalism throughout the warranty process. Thank you guys! I was even able to request the service technician I wanted, and they followed it through 100%. Much appreciated! More
Bait and Switch This is one of the worst examples of a crooked "bait and switch" that I've ever come across. I mean, I know car dealers are notorious for this kind o This is one of the worst examples of a crooked "bait and switch" that I've ever come across. I mean, I know car dealers are notorious for this kind of garbage behavior, but this is really BEYOND. We were made aware of a special Subaru leasing deal on 2018 cars, good till the end of the month, offered st this dealership. Not offered at any of our more local dealerships. So we got up this morning and called THIS dealership, which assured us that they still had 8 of the vehicles that interested us in stock, and that they were definitely honoring the deal until the end of the month. We then drove TWO hours to THIS Prime Subaru dealership in Norwich, VT, only to be told that not only did they have NO 2018 cars in stock, but they'd never heard of this leasing offer/deal, still posted plainly on their website for all to see. "Who'd ya speak to on the phone? Did you get a name? Gosh we're sorry! But can we run some other numbers on a 2019 vehicle for ya, maybe?" Avoid this place like the plague. The stink of dishonesty and chicanery rises off them like the poisonous miasma from a toxic swamp. More
Great service and staff Have used Prime for all service. Easy online scheduling, prompt service, comfortable waiting area (with complimentary fresh fruit, coffe/tea, water). That was fine, we were told Saturday. A three day wait. We hear nothing Saturday and so we called, no tire maybe Monday. So we called Monday afternoon because we still didn’t hear anything. They said nope no tire, maybe tomorrow. We keep calling, no communication from them. Finally on Wednesday they get the tire (we had to call to find out) and they said they can’t mount it.... Thursday I call and ask they say anytime before 5:30! The fact we had to call for any information and had no calls on there part is just lousy service. Customer Service matters a lot and these people have no idea what they’re doing. More

My only problem was the little things afterwards - smudges on the inside of the windshield from the inspection sticker, floor/seat protectors crumpled on the floor. It took 2 minutes to clean them up but a disappointing way to end what was otherwise a fine experience. More

Poor Service My fiancee bought a car here about a month ago. The process of buying the car was relatively smooth, but even at that point she had complaints about t My fiancee bought a car here about a month ago. The process of buying the car was relatively smooth, but even at that point she had complaints about the quality of the customer service she received. She managed to complete her purchase, and got a nice Subaru Forester, certified pre-owned. The only problem was that the windshield wipers didn't work, and that was part of the guaranteed inspection. We went in to set up an appointment and were told that they would have the part in a week. A month later, we still hadn't heard back. Now they won't even return our calls, and a generally just failing to do their jobs. Go elsewhere for service, these people are terrible. More
