Instead I had to buy STARLINK at the end. 3- the extra services that Volvo offers for free, oil, tire, dent, I had to pay over $40 dollars for a month at Subaru. More

The staff have been professional and knowledgeable and I have been pleased with the quality of the service. However I have always felt like they were pushing more service than I needed. Every time I bring my car there for service, they provide a list of suggested repairs beyond what I feel is necessary and I think their prices are high. The detailed list of suggested service with prices is informative but beware of unneeded expenses. More

The sales was handled mostly by text and email. There was a huge amount of dog hair and other dirt I the console and rear air ducts. There was only one key and no manual. I put down a deposit 24 hours in advance and had an appointment. It seems the car could have been ready and at least an offer to obtain a manual for me. When we arrived we were traveling on a donut on our car, as we had a flat on the way down. When we asked the service Dept for assistance so that we could travel back home in that car( we were not trading in) we were turned away. This was at 4pm on a Saturday evening and My fiancé had to travel home 75 miles on the spare with snow in the forecast. Danielle was helpful and very pleasant. She actually picked up the car early that morning from another location. I appreciate her efforts on our behalf. No one went over any systems in the car. I was given a key and sent on my way. While I was treated kindly the overall experience was less than great More
