Drop the car off in the morning and they drive you to work. Then they pick you up after work. Following more serious repairs, I was provided with a loaner car. When summer arrived, the A/C didn't work--only blowing hot air w I purchased a certified used Forester from Prime in the midst of a December blizzard. When summer arrived, the A/C didn't work--only blowing hot air when the outside temperature climbed above 85. Four trips to the service department, and it turns out the entire air compressor needed to be replaced--a $1,000 repair. I appreciate that the technician advocated for Prime to cover half the cost, but I still had to pay $450 for an air conditioner that did not work when I purchased the car. That's disappointing. More
