The sales was handled mostly by text and email. There was a huge amount of dog hair and other dirt I the console and rear air ducts. There was only one key and no manual. When we arrived we were traveling on a donut on our car, as we had a flat on the way down. When we asked the service Dept for assistance so that we could travel back home in that car( we were not trading in) we were turned away. This was at 4pm on a Saturday evening and My fiancé had to travel home 75 miles on the spare with snow in the forecast. Danielle was helpful and very pleasant. She actually picked up the car early that morning from another location. I appreciate her efforts on our behalf. No one went over any systems in the car. I was given a key and sent on my way.
