I do appreciate the candid feedback. We are working on delivering a more timely service experience. The disinfection processes we have in place adds time to each car and we, like many businesses, have had to make several changes to protect our customers and employees. We are changing our dispatching process, which is intended to improve efficiency. We are also a training facility. We train personnel to address maintenance items only but still provide a consistent check-over process.
