I took my recently purchased Subaru Crosstrek into White River Subaru for undercoating and interior upholstery protection. Will was my service adviser and took excellent care of me. I was given a free loane River Subaru for undercoating and interior upholstery protection. Will was my service adviser and took excellent care of me. I was given a free loaner for the day. The loaner was ready when I arrived. The service center was spotless. Will was kind and courteous throughout the exchange. AND in addition to the undercoating, my car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up. That was not the condition it arrived in having driven on the country rides of Vermont. Thank you so much. This was our first experience with White River Subaru and it was a wonderful experience! We usually dread buying cars due to game playing. Branson was personable, thorough, and great about communicating by e it was a wonderful experience! We usually dread buying cars due to game playing. Branson was personable, thorough, and great about communicating by email per our request- providing lots of information about various options and keeping us informed, but with no pressure. The same was true when we went to test drive the car. We left with our new car and were happy that it had been a totally positive experience all the way around.
