I drove up from Annapolis Maryland on Saturday and my check engine light came on. Nick and one of the service technicians hooked my Subaru up to the computer and told me it was safe to drive. I went to White River Subaru after the much-closer Subaru dealership in St Johnsbury VT was unable to help me buy a car when I decided it was time to trade my car in. The StJ dealership had very few options, and showed me cars that didn’t match my criteria of low mileage and under a specific budget including trade-in. So I checked out White River Subaru. Their website had lots of options that fit my criteria, so I called to see if the car I was interested in was still available and set up an appointment with Mike for the next morning. He was so helpful, honest, and patient, and made some other great suggestions re: cars I might want to consider. His suggestions were right on target, but in the end I bought the car I’d inquired about. They were also able to sell me the Subaru extended warranty, which was a big plus. Top-notch experience from beginning to end. More
