Within 20”/and as promised he provided me with a detail list/recommendations… it was a 2-way conversation, I was able to ask questions and Alex answered. He also took the extra step to call retail/outlet I purchased (bad) battery from and arrange refund. Customer service and mechanical service superb … and with a 2014 Subaru Outback I know what repairs/service maintenance is ahead … very manageable. Thanks Alex! More
