My initial call was inquiry/estimate request only about my 2014 Subaru and so very well received and helpful. My appt was made within 48 hrs, and Alex Morey was my Service Advisor. He welcomed me, provided my 2014 Subaru and so very well received and helpful. My appt was made within 48 hrs, and Alex Morey was my Service Advisor. He welcomed me, provided facts/specs based on our conversation … popped the hood and communicated our conversation and his findings with Service Team. Within 20”/and as promised he provided me with a detail list/recommendations… it was a 2-way conversation, I was able to ask questions and Alex answered. He also took the extra step to call retail/outlet I purchased (bad) battery from and arrange refund. Customer service and mechanical service superb … and with a 2014 Subaru Outback I know what repairs/service maintenance is ahead … very manageable. Thanks Alex! More

We were looking for a truck and the first two we tried didn't tick all the boxes we needed. Shayna went out of her way to try to find a better option for us, and boy did she nail it! Everyone we worked with at White River Subaru was efficient, kind, and helpful. They all made what could be a stressful and negative experience into an easy and positive one. We will always make the dealership our number 1 choice when we are looking for a car in the future. More
