My car went in for a service appointment & alignment post winter driving with studded tires. Upon inspection, it was found that rust had interfered with the aligning and a part was needed; an expensive part winter driving with studded tires. Evan took it upon himself to make sure that my added insurance paid for the subsequent emergency and within 24 hrs, he had dealt with it all. Recommend their software add automatic closed captioning to the inspection videos, the feature is cool and helpful but with the engine running it was impossible to understand the technician. The service was expensive but they were thorough, transparent and professional. Knock wood I think I got what I paid for. More
