Waited ten days for my appt . Showed up was told they couldn’t repair my car and to call and come back on Monday. Called and came back on Monday and was told I was being charged for diagnostics but they wouldn’t fix my car and would have to once again make a two week out appt. Got it fixed in 48 hours at another dealership.

Dude you were my only local subaru sevice dealership i could turn to since the one in Berlin scammed me for several thousands for a new transmission I didn't need ( symptoms remained they said were a blown transmission but ended up being the car only needed spark plugs) Neither twin city or corporate would take accountability. Thieves. I had to drive to Cape Cod to have some of the issues fixed so i had a working car. Making people come back a third time for repairs and wait a month is insane.
