Patrick Fox somehow made the experience of buying a pre-owned vehicle enjoyable (something I've never experienced). He listened carefully and genuinely tried to match the vehicle to my needs/desires. Never pushy and didn't try to steer me towards something more expensive, but at the same time did a great job of clearly explaining the pros and cons of the various Subaru compact SUVs I was considering. Patrick was very patient and engaged throughout the process and genuinely seems to enjoy his job. Kudos to White River Subaru for providing CARFAX reports at no additional charge - their transparency, combined with the fact that in many cases they sold and maintained these vehicles since they arrived from the factory (meaning they have excellent institutional memory of the car's history), went a long way in reassuring me about purchasing a used vehicle. Really good service every time I go there. Andre is great as a service advisor and so are Evan and Nick. All the techs are really good and no matter who works on my car, the work is done right Andre is great as a service advisor and so are Evan and Nick.
