I had an outstanding experience with Subaru from start to finish. From the service team to the sales team, everyone was incredibly helpful, never pushy, and really listened to what I wanted and needed. Even finish. Even before I came in, one of the sales reps, Daaron, took the time to understand my situation and suggested I consider leasing — something I hadn’t really thought about as an option for me. Several weeks later, when I was ready, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. When I came in to sign the lease, the whole process was smooth and welcoming. The manager who handled the paperwork was delightful — we even discovered we have family in common, so the time flew by. I genuinely appreciate how thoughtful and low-pressure the whole experience was. Highly recommend! More
