I wasn’t in the market for a new car but Brian convinced me it was a good time! He was able to get my lease paid off and get me in a Brand New Outback! It has everything I could want and more! I first called service on June 14th, for question on warranty work and windshield replacement. Never a return call. Went online to schedule service, only available was 4 weeks out. Was able to get warra warranty work and windshield replacement. Never a return call. Went online to schedule service, only available was 4 weeks out. Was able to get warranty work faster at another subaru dealer, but not windshield. Day before appointment, I called to make sure they knew it was windshield only,everything else was fixed. Glad I called, because there was no technician that day to service the car. They bumped me out 3 more weeks. Today I drove an hour on a work day to show up and told the tech had another car he was working on and I could use a loaner for a 5 hour service. I elected to stay and work at the dealership as I previously cancelled the loaner prior when I got rescheduled. 30 mins later, I was told the tech was unable to complete the service (again glad I didnt take loaner and spend MORE gas money). They have no 3rd reschedule date to give me. They offered no additional convienece service for my wasted time and mileage. I spoke to a service advisor who seemed bothered I was asking Amy questions, as I wanted to know what additional service packages I had purchased with the new car 10 Months ago. I was told extended warranty. And instead of saying he would find information on the additional WRS care package I bought, he told me to go find Brian to go figure it out. The customer service is very poor. Sadly no other dealerships do oem windshields with recalabration under the warranty that are closer then these guys. I will not ruin my warranty to see a windshield elsewhere outside of a suberu dealership. Sadly any additional package I bought now seems a HUGE waste of money and still driving with a full crack along my windshield for who knows how long now. Not a happy customer. More
