White Plains Honda

THIS DEALERSHIP IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! My wife and I were in the market for a Honda Odyssey and did extensive research on quality and pricing. Zeeshan at White Plains Honda quoted us some attractive pr were in the market for a Honda Odyssey and did extensive research on quality and pricing. Zeeshan at White Plains Honda quoted us some attractive prices on some used Odysseys in the 30-40K mile range--some with leather and rear entertainment, some without. When we got to the dealership all of the cars that were offered, were suddenly not available. Other cars offered at $5K more were available however. We looked at one, put interest money down on it and were told that it suddenly wasn't available. It got to be so bad dealing with Zeeshan that we made it a condition of our dealings that Zeeshan was not to speak to us. After complaining about their bait and switch tactics, Bob Mancini tried to make up for Zeeshan's shortcomings. He contacted us with news that they had a good, clean car that we could come and drive away. We informed him that we were driving two hours to come to the dealership and would need to get childcare. When we get there the car is in the shop because somebody backed into it on the lot. Asked to see the car in the shop, but that couldn't be arranged. Contacted the shop, they had no knowledge of any such car. Two days later, they call us up with yet another great deal that is ready to drive away. We tell Bob that car better be ready go--clean, certified, inspected, etc.--since we would be driving all the way down for the 3rd time in a week. We get to the dealership, and the "ready to go" car looks as though a roving band of carnies and dyspeptic goat farmers had been living in it--stains everywhere, food all over the floor, gum on the seats, the air handlers smelled like stink. During the test drive I feared that they wheel might fall off, the rotors were so badly warped. Back at the dealership, after a heated exchange with Zeeshan I walked out into the lot and announced loud an clear that I wouldn't but a f****ing matchbox car from these shysters. And I wouldn't! There is a silver lining though. Thanks to White Plains Honda's startling ineptitude we found Joe Vizzi at Sussex Honda in Jersey. Joe treated us well and we found a 2007 Honda Odyssey with 8K miles (yes, 8,000 miles) with leather and rear entertainment system, impeccably maintained for thousands less than the filthy crap wagons that White Plains tried to foist over on us. White Plains Honda ought to take a field trip over to Sussex Honda to see what real customer service looks like. Bottom line: Joe Vizzi at Sussex Honda rocks and Zeeshan at White Plains Honda reeks! What a bunch of jokers. More

My daughter and I went to look at used Hondas because we were considering replacing her 2008 2 door Honda Civic. The thing is that I thought that we could probably not do it since I owed more on the car tha were considering replacing her 2008 2 door Honda Civic. The thing is that I thought that we could probably not do it since I owed more on the car than its book value and I really had no money to put down. Lo and behold, Zeeshan Majid, Hamid Anwar and Bob Mancini made it happen and they even saved me money. They answered all our questions and took the time to explain the financing portion in detail. Thanks to Jerzy for letting me ride on the turbo model. I might consider trading in my VW Passat Wagon (1.8 T engine) for one of those in the future. This is the fourth Honda we buy as a family. I started on the internet seeking quotes for leasing a Honda. I received immediate quotes and answers to any questions I had. Explaining all the details of the car and honoring the quote given to me through the internet. We took a few days to think about the deal and look elsewhere for cars and decided on the Honda Pilot. Steve was an excellent salesperson, showing interest in us by phoning us at home to keep us interested in the Pilot and giving us the option of colors and all the other details of the car. I thank Steve and White Plains Honda for all of their courteous service. It was a good experience and I would certainly recommend White Plains Honda. More

The only problem was that the price quoted was based on super preferred credit. The salesman had it written on the paper but didn't explain that unless you have a high credit number the $199 price isn't a super preferred credit.
