I went to this dealership after a bad experience with another dealership and was skeptical. My experience in White Plains was completely different. I shopped around for about a month before making my final decision on what car I wanted and where I wanted to buy it from. I leased my Honda Civic SI 2 years ago from White Plains Honda and they were very respectful of my decision making process and of the amount of time that I had to get the ball rolling. I recently visited White Plains Honda to see what my options were for exchanging my vehicle for a new Pilot and I was delighted to see the SAME 3 GENTLEMEN who assisted me with my transaction previously. This made me feel comfortable and at ease. I told Javier that I was not ready to make a decision on a new car because there were so many new Hondas to choose from. Javier took the time to explain some great features on the new Pilot and took me out on a drive too. Never did he pressure me nor make me feel uncomfortable about not purchasing a car that day. On my way out the Sales Manager Paul Vilca sincerely thanked me for coming back to the dealership and even remembered the car that I leased from White Plains Honda 2 years ago. White Plains Honda will be my only stop when the time is right and it should be your only stop too. Not only is the staff great there, the showroom looked better than the car show!!! This was my first Honda from White Plain honda. David was great, showed me all the feathers and he helpped me get the car I wanted at a great price and I shopped around alot.
