The only better then the buying experience was the friendly and honest manner in the way I was treated. The price I was quoted was very very fair and there were no hidden add ons after I said 'ok'. At time of delivery the car I picked was clean & ready to go and again the time that was taken with me to explain the operation of the vehicle was exceptional. I had an excellent experience at White Plains Honda. My sales person Jordan Rabadi was fabulous! He was very helpful and honest. I had a lot of questions about the CR-V and he was very patient with me and answered all of them. After I finished my purchase Jordan sat with me in my new CR-V and showed me how everything works. I would highly recommend Jordan to someone who is interested in buying a Honda. The rest of the staff at White Plains Honda were also very nice. Customer service is definitely a strong point for them because they were all working together to make me a very happy customer. My finance manager Kurt was also very helpful. He explained all of the paperwork to me before I signed it so I knew exactly what I was signing. Everyone at White Plains Honda made me feel very comfortable, and they were all very pleasant. After my purchase was complete they rang a bell in the middle of the showroom and all cheered and congratulated me before I left. I'm very happy I chose White Plains Honda to buy my new CR-V. More

This is the second vehicle I bought at this dealership - see 10/04/2008. Everything I said previously continues to be true. I contacted Walter Trusdell the Internet manager directly via email. Told Walter that I was looking for a CR-V and asked for his NO HAGGLE PRICE. Boom! Within minutes Walter emailed me back with four models/trims and prices all in my color! Then asked about accessories and Walter got back to me in minutes with prices! Told Walter I would meet him the next day. I got to dealership early so I could look around. So my wife and I are looking at the CR-Vs and thats how we met Taina (who we later found out Walter had selected to be our sales person to complete the purchase!) Taina was down on her knees, on the wet pavement, working on the finishing touches on a CR-V for a customer pickup. We just started talking and her wonderful personality and her excitement and love for her job were contagious!!! One thing led to another and before you knew it we 'bonded'. When Walter arrived that is when we found out he had planned to pair us together - Walter you are now 2 for 2, you really know your customers! We continued our purchase, ordered our accessories, and left quite happ. That Tuesday I returned to pick up my car and complete the purchase. I also had to meet with 'the dreaded finance department' ! NO DREAD HERE! Gus was our finance guy who crunched the numbers, did not push options on us, and got us out the door! I can honestly say that Taina and Walter make a great team that will NOT let you down. I love the new CR-V! More

Bill and I, who have been known to be tough critics about cars, were considering buying a Honda CR-V. Mr. Rabadi was clear, focused, and articulate in his explanations, gave us all the information we needed, found us the car we wanted, offered us good terms, and did it all very promptly. His expertise earned our trust. I went into White Plains Honda last Thursday not sure if I wanted a Honda, but tonight there's a CR-V in our driveway. We are very grateful. More
