I leased a Honda Pilot about a year ago from White Plains Honda. I am submitting a review now because I was just reading this dealership's customer reviews and they do represent at all my awful sales experie Honda. I am submitting a review now because I was just reading this dealership's customer reviews and they do represent at all my awful sales experience at this dealership . I arranged to lease a car with certain features at the advertised price. The car was delivered a week late. When I got there to pick up the the car, the price was higher than agreed and the car did not have the fog lights and satellite radio that I had requested. I kick myself everyday for taking delivery of the car in exchange for a worthless service contract that they agreed to compensate me with. More

My dealership Potamkin Honda in Manhattan closed down so I have been shoppinf around for a new Honda dealership. I was referred to WP Honda and I have to admit...I had a great time closing the deal! They were a fun and upbeat group and I know that I have found a new family. I think I made a great deal and I am sure they felt the same...whatever...the customer should always feel like they made the better deal! When I first went to the White Plains Honda dealership, I went with 2 of my sisters and we were warmly greeted by the Sales Consultant, David Nausch. He was very professional and knowledgable about the different models, and gave us the bottom line pricing. When I came back to sign the contract and discussed financing with Gus, all the terms that I had expected were agreed upon. So, overall, it was a great experience. I am happy to be driving a Honda Accord, as it is known for its reliability and can comfortably seat 5 people. More
