Overall my experience with the White Pl I was approached by the a very friendly sales person, Dana, who basically sold me the car I was looking for. Overall my experience with the White Plains Honda was excellent. When I came back to meet with the finance manager, Gustavo, he had already a couple of options for me. He worked the best deal for me and I was happy. Eliza, the delivery coordinator made sure that I understood every aspect of the car. From unlocking the doors, all inside and locking the doors. Good Job everyone! More

I have returned to buy 3 more Honda cars from this dealership based upon outstanding service, quality of the people whom I deal with, (trustworthy, honest, friendly, professional), and would highly re dealership based upon outstanding service, quality of the people whom I deal with, (trustworthy, honest, friendly, professional), and would highly recommend them to anyone. The call service you use calls at late hours, is unfriendly in that they don't leave messages, and is generally irritating, so you might want to change this aggravating service or better train the phone people who call after you leave the dealership. This was a constant nuisance to me. I never knew what car or why they were calling late at night. This is highly unprofessional. Enhance you call service for customer satisfaction after the sell. I had no issue with the people and the car itself is fabulous. The problem we had was with the Lease price and my credit rating. I keep an eye on my credit via Transunion, Experian, and Equifax and my fabulous. The problem we had was with the Lease price and my credit rating. I keep an eye on my credit via Transunion, Experian, and Equifax and my latest credit rating was 750, so when told that my agreed on price would be based on my credit rating, I didn't think anything of it. When honda made up their own credit rating for me, it was on 691, which jacked up my monthly payments by 34 dollars. For 36 months, that adds up. Lisa agreed to bring it down by $15 but still, I don't appreciate Honda's assessment of my credit rating nor the idea that what we agreed upon price-wise changed because of Honda's assessment. More
When i walked inside the dealership, Dave (I can't spell his last name) immediately came up to me and asked me what I was looking for. I told him I wanted an accord coupe black fully loaded! He brought me outside and showed me the car I've been looking for. Dave was great he did everything he could to get me to buy that car, it was a great day! On the day I picked up my car Aleza Horowitz was exceptionally helpful and friendly when it came to doing the final paper work. Thank you white plains Honda for all your help, I hope we can do business again in the future! Ricky Palma More
This was my second experience with Bob Mancini and his service, courtesy and product knowledge far exceed my expectations. I have leased a number of cars over a number of years, and was always a Chrysle service, courtesy and product knowledge far exceed my expectations. I have leased a number of cars over a number of years, and was always a Chrysler customer until three years ago when I leased my first Honda from Bob Mancini when he was in the Brewster location. I found him to be straightforward in his dealings,.......(no confusing 'double talk') and I look forward to continuing my relationship Mr. Mancini and your dealership well into the future. In addition, I will continue to refer additional friends and associates to Bob Mancini for their auto leasing and/or purchasing needs. Lois B. Brooks, CTC Cruise Fantasies Ltd. Elmsford, N.Y. It seems that White Plains Honda is a hit or miss, and when it's a miss, it's a big miss. This dealership was recommended to me by my father, who had recently leased a Honda Accord from here and had a pl when it's a miss, it's a big miss. This dealership was recommended to me by my father, who had recently leased a Honda Accord from here and had a pleasant experience. My experience has been FAR from pleasant. Initially, I worked with the salesman Terrence Tuller. The wait for a salesperson was long, but it was a busy weekend. We were able to negotiate a fair price, and they also said that since my father referred me, he would get a $100 check as a referral bonus. *We have yet to receive this nearly two months later, despite following up about it multiple times. They told me I could have my car at 5:00 pm THAT day. I said there was no rush, and that I would pick it up the next day by 12:00 pm. My sales person, Terrence said he'd call me early in the morning. I called around 11 am, because I hadn't heard from him, and they told me he was with a customer and that he'd call me back. By 1:00 pm, I hadn't heard from him, so I just went to the dealership. Terrence and his manager, a woman who's name I did not catch, then told me my car had been locked up and they couldn't get it out, asked me if I could come back sometime during the week. I couldn't because I'd be traveling for work for the next two weeks. Why hadn't they called me to let me know this in the first place? They then told me they'd just switch the car, which would involve switching the policy documents with GEICO. Jeremy, the other manager, told Terrence it was a simple 5 minute call to switch the documents. I waited at the dealership from 1 pm to 5 pm for the whole "switching of the cars" to be completed. When I asked what the hold up was, they really had no response, except for "We're sorry". Half of the wait was for the Finance manager, so that I could sign the lease financial documents. I waited at the dealership for four hours for the entire process to be completed. When I got my car, I was rushed through a walk through of the functionality by Aleza Horowitz. I drove around the corner only to realize, they'd given me only one key and when I looked in the dashboard, there was no Civic Manual. I went back to the dealership. They were happy to see I'd returned because, "Woops, we had you sign the wrong financial documents". I had to resign all of the paperwork. When I asked where my spare key, valet key, and manual were, they said, "Oh, it's just locked up in the office, we will deliver these to your home." A few days later, I tried to reach Terrence via email and got no response. When I called, he said, the keys were not in the office, that they were lost, and I'd have to go to Honda Service Center and get copies made. He also said, he'd deliver the manual to my home, which he never did. I then received several notices from GEICO that my car needed a photo inspection because the proper paperwork had not been sent over to them. It was a new car lease, so it should not need a photo inspection. I received a satisfaction call from Honda Corporate and described all of the issues I had encountered so far. As a result of the call, I was contacted later by Megan at the dealership, and Paul Vilca, to have everything straightened out. Megan said she'd handle everything, but then she did not follow up. Paul was responsive to email, and since I was traveling, I emailed him to please send the correct documents over to GEICO, as well as to follow up on the referral bonus. Paul said he'd faxed them, and then GEICO said they never received them. A GEICO Rep gave me her personal fax, so she could confirm she'd gotten them and I gave this number to Paul. He said he faxed them again, and I believed him, only to later find out from GEICO that they were still missing pertinent information. I made an appointment with the Honda Service Center to have the additional keys made, and when I got there at 9 am, they told me to return at 2 pm. Apparently, I would have to wait 5 hours, even though the missing key was really the fault of the Dealership. I said, I couldn't wait that long, went back to the dealership and asked to speak to the manager. Jeremy said he'd call the service center and have me bumped up in line, and they were able to give me new keys in 30 minutes. He said, he'd look into the referral bonus, but I have yet to hear any news on this. He also said, he'd look into the Policy Documents. GEICO has finally confirmed receipt of the correct policy documents nearly two months after the sale of my car. One would think that White Plains Honda never sold or leased a car before, and this was their first time, based on all of the things they've screwed up. In summary, White Plains Honda might have some apologetic people working there, but the place is an Administrative MESS. I did get a fair price, but the opportunity costs involved including the wait time during the initial sale and delivery of my car, having to go back and forth to get my keys made, and many calls to GEICO to ensure that they'd faxed the correct docs, make the price I am paying not worth it at all. The only winner in customer service here is GEICO, who assured me that they'd keep me fully covered while my dealership worked out the paperwork. I will never return here, and I've been letting any friends/family and coworkers know that if they are in the market for a Honda, to avoid this dealership like the plague. A final note is that this is the only review site that has sparkling reviews of this dealership. If you check out other Dealer review sites, you will see that there are other customers who've had a poor experience at White Plains Honda. More
