Again, a very positive experience with White Plains Honda. We bought a used Accord 03, Zeeshon and Jerzy found a few things that should have been completed but weren't and quickly made an apptmt for Honda. We bought a used Accord 03, Zeeshon and Jerzy found a few things that should have been completed but weren't and quickly made an apptmt for us to have those repairs made Monday after we bought the car Saturday. When we came on Monday, Luis and Jario were our service people and they were terrific: friendly, explained what the repairs were (struts were missing from hood, rotos replaced), how long it would take, etc. Meantime, our ace salesguy Zeeshon had tracked down the original owner for us, and from her got a spare key (the kind that cost alot of $ so we love having the spare key, which turns out was nearly new, she had ordered a spare when she thought she had lost one) and also the owners manual (which wasn't in the used car when we bought it). Thank you, Z! Zishon and Luis communicated with each other, there was one more piece that needed help--a small rubber thing at end of windshield that seemed loose--and they quickly got the piece, replaced it, etc. Thank you Luis---it was my first time ever getting anything serviced on a car, since it is my first car, and you made it go smoothly. By the way, they drove me and picked me up at the Westchester Mall, so that worked out too, and stayed in touch by phone, so I knew what the timing would be. It took longer than I expected, but they let me know so that was good too. Thank you, all. More
Zeeshan Majid is one of the most professional and caring car dealers I have ever come across. From the very first moment that we met, this past July, he treated me as though I were his lifelong brother. H car dealers I have ever come across. From the very first moment that we met, this past July, he treated me as though I were his lifelong brother. He was very compassionate and understanding about my situation and presented the Honda Civic that I eventually leased as though it were a gift. Zeeshan and I have remained in close contact as friends ever since. White Plains is very lucky to have a dealer such as Zeeshan Majid representing that city's first rate Honda dealer. If there is a first prize award available for car dealers who perform outstanding service, then Zeeshan Majid's name should definitely be at the top of the list. Thank you very much for your time and kind consideration. Sincerely, Gabriel Tevan More
It was a typical car buying experience. Not particularly pleasant (because of the negociating part) but as good as it can be. Donna was very knowledgeable of the products. Robin not so much. The delivery ex pleasant (because of the negociating part) but as good as it can be. Donna was very knowledgeable of the products. Robin not so much. The delivery experience was very good (especially when you factor in the fact that we got delivery less than 24h after committing to purchase). More
David was an excellent and professional salesman. I will come back to the dealership because of him. Everyone was, generally speaking, highly professional, punctual, and supportive. This is my third review after purchasing my Honda in September. My first was an honest, critical review of my experience wherein I detailed a number of problems with the purchase of our vehicle includi September. My first was an honest, critical review of my experience wherein I detailed a number of problems with the purchase of our vehicle including being misled by our salesman and blatantly lied to by the F&I person. Unfortunately I allowed myself to be guilted into re-writing the review after getting an uncomfortable call from the dealership. Since I am now, two months later, still waiting for a refund of the purchase price of the extended warranty I was deceived into buying, I am back to reiterate, FOR THE LAST TIME, that this dealership is a disgrace. I cannot, in good conscience, allow my second, "good," review to stand. Every slimey tactic you might expect from a car salesman is practiced with impunity at this establishment. The car is fine, but everything about the process of buying it makes my skin crawl. I will never go back and I am sorry I ever laid eyes on the ad that brought me there. Sorry, WP Honda. Don't bother calling or messaging me again. This review stands - and it is STILL better than you deserve. More
Although the salespeople at White Plains Honda were very nice, they were terrible in my situation. I went one day and asked about their inventory because I was looking to buy a car as soon as possible. Th nice, they were terrible in my situation. I went one day and asked about their inventory because I was looking to buy a car as soon as possible. That same day, they found me a car they had that fit my criteria and budget. That's about where the positives end. Although my credit was excellent, I was required to have a co-signer, which was fine. My co-signer was in California though, so I had to Fed-Ex her my contract. It wouldn't have been too big a deal if that was it, but as it turned out, after I sent the documents Fed-Ex and my grandmother signed them (and got her signature notarized), I brought them back to White Plains Honda, only for them to tell me they screwed up and that they accidentally gave me a lease contract. So, I wasn't happy about that and we went through the process AGAIN, this time with a Finance Contract. Believe it or not, that one got screwed up as well! Honda Finance sent it back and told them that the way they printed out the information on the form, it didn't line up, so I had to sign yet ANOTHER document, as did my grandma in California. That's THREE documents my grandmother and I had to sign before it finally went through correctly! I've never heard of such a thing. However, since I already took delivery of the car after the 2nd contract was signed, I had to keep going with them. So, finally the third contract went through. After all that, though, I didn't receive any consolation for the hours of phone conversations and trouble it took my grandmother and I to sign the extra documents because of their errors. In fact, all they said to me was that these things happen and not to worry. I don't even remember getting an "I'm sorry" from them, let alone something tangible to make up for all that lost time and effort on my part. I will certainly not go back to them or recommend them in the future. More
Zeeshon did a great job communicating with us--via email, phone, and text before we came, and was patient, never pushy, friendly and professional when we came to see the car. Summary: very responsive, ac phone, and text before we came, and was patient, never pushy, friendly and professional when we came to see the car. Summary: very responsive, accurate and reliable information; no game playing or pressure; friendly and professional atmosphere; very respectful (compared to other dealers I've been to!). We also like the way Zeeshon and his manager/colleague Jerzy worked together. We spent alot of time mulling things over, and they never pushed for an answer, but were always ready with answers to our questions. I had found the Honda Accord 03 on their website at midnight, and sent an email asking for more info. By the next morning--really, just hours later--I got a response. When I phoned, I spoke to Zeeshon who went out to the lot, found the car, took photos and texted them to me, gave me a very accurate description of what he saw, and immediately sent me the carfax on this and another car we were considering. He almost sold the car over the telephone! he was specific, and accurate, nothing was embellished, but he showed the right level of enthusiasm for the good condition the car was in. Throughout the day, he texted me answers to the questions we had. The next day, we drove to White Plains Honda. It is clean, friendly, professional, and Zeeshon got there early to make sure we got to do a thorough test drive. They were fair with us on the pricing, sweetened the deal to make us comfortable, and were patient and available without pushing as we made the decision to buy the car. There were a few items that both Jerzy and Zeeshon felt could be repaired as part of our purchase price, and we are going tomorrow morning to finish that. I expect it to be smooth. Since our whole neighborhood was watching this car search go on---recent college grad buying first car with hard-earned savings--everyone is asking us where we got the car. Several thought it was new. We have recommended White Plains Honda and Zeeshon in particular at least five times already. Count us pleased and grateful. More

HOLY JUMPING JESUS, THIS DEALERSHIP IS AWFUL. Suffice it to say that at every opportunity, I was lied to, misled, deceived or disrespected. Zeeshan is the quintessential shyster. He can't seem to be hones to say that at every opportunity, I was lied to, misled, deceived or disrespected. Zeeshan is the quintessential shyster. He can't seem to be honest or respectful; even his sales associates seem to hold back vomit when he slithers over to speak to them and their customers. We were quoted prices for a used Honda Odyssey based on internet listing and none of those prices existed when we got to the dealership. But they did have a similar car for thousands more. So we start to look at it. When we start to talk turkey, we find out that the car is not available after all. They lure us down another time with promises of a sweet deal on a clean car. When we get there, we're told that the car is in the shop because a salesman backed into another car with it. I called the shop, they did not have any such car in for a repair. It got to the point with Zeeshan that I actually made it a condition of our deal that he not even speak to us--at all. Bob tried to make up for Zeeshan's shortcomings, but ultimately failed. We were told on two occasions that they had a car ready for us to purchase and drive away. After getting child care and driving 2 hours to get there, the car we were promised and had put interest money on was no longer available. . .???? Two nights later, Bob tried to give us a good deal on a better car and said we could come down and pick it up after work. We were very clear that the car had to be fully ready--clean, inspected, certified, etc.--if we were to take it home. Bob gave us his assurance that everything was ready. When we got to the dealership, the car looked as though a roving band of carney's and dyspeptic goat farmers had been living in it for six months. Stains everywhere, food on the floor, gum on the seats, the air handlers smelled like stink. During the test drive, I thought the wheel might fall off, the rotors were so warped and the car vibrated so badly. After a heated exchange with Zeeshan back at the dealership, I walked out into the lot and announced to all who could hear that I wouldn't buy an F***ing matchbox from these imbeciles! And I wouldn't. There is a silver lining though. Thanks to their ineptitude, I found Sussex Honda in NJ where I purchased a 2007 Odyssey with 8K miles (that's 8,000 miles) that was perfectly maintained with leather and rear entertainment system and priced thousands less than White Plains best deal. Joe Vizzi at Sussex Honda rocks!!! White Plains Honda should take a field trip to see how a real dealership runs. Bottom line, White Plains Honda is a bunch of jokers. More
THIS DEALERSHIP IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! My wife and I were in the market for a Honda Odyssey and did extensive research on quality and pricing. Zeeshan at White Plains Honda quoted us some attractive pr were in the market for a Honda Odyssey and did extensive research on quality and pricing. Zeeshan at White Plains Honda quoted us some attractive prices on some used Odysseys in the 30-40K mile range--some with leather and rear entertainment, some without. When we got to the dealership all of the cars that were offered, were suddenly not available. Other cars offered at $5K more were available however. We looked at one, put interest money down on it and were told that it suddenly wasn't available. It got to be so bad dealing with Zeeshan that we made it a condition of our dealings that Zeeshan was not to speak to us. After complaining about their bait and switch tactics, Bob Mancini tried to make up for Zeeshan's shortcomings. He contacted us with news that they had a good, clean car that we could come and drive away. We informed him that we were driving two hours to come to the dealership and would need to get childcare. When we get there the car is in the shop because somebody backed into it on the lot. Asked to see the car in the shop, but that couldn't be arranged. Contacted the shop, they had no knowledge of any such car. Two days later, they call us up with yet another great deal that is ready to drive away. We tell Bob that car better be ready go--clean, certified, inspected, etc.--since we would be driving all the way down for the 3rd time in a week. We get to the dealership, and the "ready to go" car looks as though a roving band of carnies and dyspeptic goat farmers had been living in it--stains everywhere, food all over the floor, gum on the seats, the air handlers smelled like stink.
