I never should have leased a car from them. 1st they jacked the monthly payment up over $100 month without telling me. This review is for the Certified Used Honda dealership on Central Avenue across from 7/11. The salesmen were friendly and nice. They are not the ones I have an issue with. I was interested in a car but was indecisive. We did however discuss my credit, price and finance options. I was there alone and wanted to make sure that my significant other agreed on the car/price. So for about an hour, I discussed this vehicle on my cell. All in all we decided not to go with the vehicle for personal reasons. After telling this to the finance manager, he CRUMPLED up the papers and THREW them into the garbage. He also said that this was a WASTE OF TIME. It was so unprofessional I was speechless. This grown man threw a temper tantrum because he didn't make the sale or rip me off. I felt vary disrespected about how he went about the situation. My advice is to stay away from this dealership and look elsewhere. There are a lot of Certified Honda dealerships within the area who have a much more professional attitude about the business. This moron does not understand that word travels fast…and in this case it’s going to spread like wild fire. STAY AWAY! More

The people at this dealership were patient, friendly, accommodating, and fair. When we went to pick up the Civic that we had decided on the night before we decided to test drive it as well as the Fit. James, who took us on the test drives, was also very friendly and helpful. However, then we went into the finance office and met Gus and Paul who would not allow us to keep the deal we were hoping for because of our credit rating. I just wish that the finance office was more upfront with us from the beginning instead getting our hopes up. We were there for 3 hours just to pick up the car. I'm happy with the car, but it was an exhausting experience when it came to the finance department. We are paying $16 more per month then we had agreed to and I feel that was unnecessary. More
