My experience buying a certified pre-owned Honda from White Plains Honda was surprisingly good. Most vehicles are difficult to evaluate over the internet. WP Honda's inventory was all relatively new, of high quality and very presentable in general. Though I had a different car in mind when I contacted WP Honda, my sales consultant--Keith Johnson--did a fine job of working to find the right car for my family. My only two complaints are: First, my initial phone call was directed to an internet consultant who had very little knowledge of the facts about the current inventory and the call should have been directed straight to the salesroom.....or at the very least redirected to them. Second complaint is that the $595 "prep fee" charged by WP Honda on all pre-owned vehicles is not very well advertised, making the quoted price appear artificially low. I believe this is common practice by many pre-owned dealers, but White Plains Honda's additional fee was higher than most others. However, their competitive price made up for this issue. In the end, we purchased a quality CPO Honda with low miles and in great condition and ultimately had a very good experience. More

I didn't get the pushiness or rudeness I have seen at too many other dealerships. Bob was very knowledgable about the car and answered all the questions I had very well. I had a bitter taste in my mouth after shopping elsewhere so it was a breath of fresh air to come to this place. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a more enjoyable car buying experience. The financing department explained the terms of my loan in an easy to understand manner.
