We found our car on the web and called to make an appointment to see the car on Sat. between 12-1. We were a little late so called to say it would be more around 1:30. The person we had spoken with t appointment to see the car on Sat. between 12-1. We were a little late so called to say it would be more around 1:30. The person we had spoken with turned out to be only a receptionist so was not the salesperson - but we were met by Keith and he found us on the computer. It turned out that in the mean time some other sales person was about to show the car to their customers! When this was discovered, Jonathan, the manager stepped in and said that we had driven 80 miles to look at this car - of course we could look first. Felt bad for these folks but lucky for us. It turned out we were unable to stay long enough, or get the insurance on Saturday so we arranged for me to take the train down on Monday to avoid another long drive. Keith met me at the station, the car was all cleaned and ready to go, the financing went without a hitch and I was on the road in an hour - in a very nice car. Thanks Keith, and White Plains Honda!! I found this dealership through auto-trader, the car a bought from them was a Mercedes Benz which is not typically sold at honda dealerships. However my sales person Ms. Vargas was extremely knowledgeable bought from them was a Mercedes Benz which is not typically sold at honda dealerships.
