I found the experience at WPH to be very bad. I did not want to embarrass you last night in front of your new associate, but you wasted my time. This was supposed to be a 10 minute deal. Worse was that y want to embarrass you last night in front of your new associate, but you wasted my time. This was supposed to be a 10 minute deal. Worse was that your dealer’s value on the Jeep was insulting. Not only had I checked the Jeep dealer down the road, but also dealers at Ford, Toyota, and another Honda dealer. Worse was the fact that you priced a regular Fit when I was comparing a Sport. The irony is that I think I am going to buy a regular Fit. Dealers and salespeople live of reputations and the way they treat people. This was a BAD EXPERIENCE. The person in charge of the Used Car pricing was a guy named Jersey. scott c More
I would like to take a minute to let you know that Shireen Bhatti, Roger Patronick and Jerzy Czaczkowski are to be commended on their professionalism, outstanding work and expertise. First of all the Shireen Bhatti, Roger Patronick and Jerzy Czaczkowski are to be commended on their professionalism, outstanding work and expertise. First of all the Receptionist Shireen Bhatti went above and beyond to accommodate me during my time at the dealership. I was rushing all morning to finish my work so that I could get to the dealrship to look for a car. During the excitement I had forgotten to eat and hadnt eaten a thing all morning. I am a diabetic and upon hearing this when I spoke to a family member on the phone Shireen she saw to it that I had something to eat while I waited for the business manager with the papaer work. Roger Patronick also went above and beyond,upon learning of my medical condition he wanted me to go home take care of myself and he would make sure my car was ready for pick up by 9am.with $25 complimentary gas. It only got better from here on. Jerzy was very wonderful he made me feel very comfortable and treated me like I was part of the Honda family. The experience at the Honda dealership wasnt just business it was like I was with family. Their calm patient manner made for a wonderful environment and also help in my decision to purchase the car. Brandi Robinson, she is remarkable. She is very knowledgeable with the features of all Honda cars, where the book sort of made it complicated understanding all the features, Brandi made it so very simple. She even told me to feel free to stop by if I still need help and I can say she was very genuine. These attributes and abilities are rare indeed; Brandi is a great asset to the Honda Corporation. If the quality of these Honda Corporation employees is an indication of future success, then the White Plains Used Honda Dealership has a very bright future. More
We do not appreciate the hard-sell tactics that we were subjected to. We were told the deal was zero down and $259.00 a month for a new Accord but we had to take the car that day. Maybe it was a good deal but we didn't have time to think about it. And, really, if we had gone away and come back a few days later, I'm sure that deal would have still been available. Other dealerships that we visited did not pressure us in that manner. They didn't tell us "take it now or forget it". They gave us time to think it over. But we didn't have time to think about this deal. Maybe we would have come back for it, maybe we could have worked out a deal for another model, like the CRV, but with the pressure to take the deal on the Accord right away or else, we did not have time to weigh our options. Then, after we said we would take the car and wanted to come back Monday for it, we were told we had to take it that day. When we asked why, the salesman told us that if I got hit by a bus before Monday after I had signed the papers, then the dealership would be stuck with the car. Really, I think my chances of being struck by a bus before Monday were about the same as winning the lottery (about 1 in 176 million). Also, once I signed the papers, my estate would have been stuck with the car, not the dealership. Then I was told that I would have to come back Monday for the electronic keys because the office closes early on Saturday. So I had to return to the dealership on Monday anyway. Talk about inconvenience! And the salesman also told us that the person who would sit in the car and explain the features to us had gone home sick. I guess the salesman couldn't do it because he was off giving some other customers the hard-sell. All in all, it was not a very pleasant exprience. More
Myself and my fiance visited the dealership hoping to trade in our 2006 Honda civic. We were assisted by Sandy who was so nice and cordial that we both felt comfortable that we would come away with a car trade in our 2006 Honda civic. We were assisted by Sandy who was so nice and cordial that we both felt comfortable that we would come away with a car specifically a cr-v. Well we did in fact came away with a 2012 CR-V. Sandy and the other staff worked with us in a professional manner which we found to be very satisfying. The staff is very knowlegeable and accommodating. I wholeheartly recommend this dealership because of there excellent services. More
