The entire experience was just FANTASTIC! He was wonderful! Alex and Paul Vilca(General Sales Manager)asked very specific and non-invasive questions to determine what the best choice for me would be, which, I now, truly appreciate. I was more on the “saving more” and “spending less” state of mind while Alex and Paul were on the “trust me this is the right choice for you” approach, I am glad I did LISTEN, I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic EX L, with leather seats, sunroof, and navigation(THANK YOU SO MUCH PAUL!) I WAS RELUCTANT TO SPEND ON NAVIGATION( even though I get lost even following the GPS) The navigation system my new Civic has should be called “Navigation for Dummies” it just can’t get easier than that! Brandi, didn’t have to spend much time showing me how to use all the luxuries my Civic has, and that is because such luxuries are very user friendly. The team took care of my biggest concern-monthly payment-they made sure it would be within my budget and truly gave me more than what I thought that amount could buy, guys you exceeded my expectations. My little girl and I are thrilled with our new car, YES! I would highly and gladly recommend WHITE PLAINS HONDA to friends, family or complete strangers for that matter—if it means they too will have the same big smile I now have after purchasing from them. When the car first came in, it was listed at $16,495. When I asked Bob what was the best he could do, he said $16,900. When I pointed out that was more than the sticker price, he amended it to $15,995, When I asked Bob what was the best he could do, he said $16,900. The next day I checked your web site and the car was listed for $15,495. I called Bob and we redid the paper work at that price. Five days later I checked your site again and the price was $14,617. I called Bob and told him I wasn't paying $15,495 if it was listed for $900 less. He said he would talk to his boss and get back to me, and I bought the car for $14,617. Your office didn't have their act together, but I am not complaining since I benefited. More

I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at White Plains Honda. I purchased a used 2009 Accord which was on the lot for several months. keith Johnson worked wonders for me and I gave him a rave rev Plains Honda. I have to say I love this car and I've been very happy with it up until May 2nd...so happy that I put almost 5k miles on it in just a few months! While driving the car, my wife called me to tell the check engine light came on along with two other lights. She immediately came home withe car and I saw it was running very rough. We parked it in the driveway and do to some work constraints, I was unable to take it in for service until May 2nd. I have to say Anthony Valentine was very friendly when I first sat down with him. Unfortunately, that would be the last time I saw his friendly side. He indicated that I had put on quite a bit of mileage so it would be a good idea to get some service. I agreed and paid $220. I believe that's where things failed. Instead of troubleshooting and fixing the warning light issue, they simply reset the computer, took my money and sent me on my way. I had to track Anthony down to ask him to explain to me what work was performed. The lights came back on on 5/4 (the day after I picked up the car) and I took it back on 5/5 Anthony was curt and not as polite as he was on Thursday. I told him we have to same problem to which he said that he couldn't get to it till Monday. What choice did I have but to leave it. On Monday, he called and said a part would be ordered, and I should have the car back Tuesday. I left work early Tuesday to pick up the car, again I had to track Anthony down to ask him what work was performed. I laughed and said I know you're nice, but I hope not to have to see you again too soon. Boy was I wrong. On my way to work the next day, here come the lights and here's the engine running rough again. I call to speak with Anthony and tell him I'm on my way. Surprisingly, I kept my cool and Anthony was as curt to me as ever. By the time I arrived there, I was upset, but never lost my cool. Again, we went through the process of what's wrong. The best part of the trip there that day was the ride home and the great conversation with the shuttle driver. When I got home I called Honda's customer support line where I opened an incident with them. They indicated they will call the dealership and work with them to solve the problem. I picked up the car today after they changed the ECM and hopefully all is well, I guess we'll find out tomorrow. Needless to say I am done with White Plains Honda service. I think Keith is wonderful and so is Jerzey, I just wish their follow-up and follow-through skills after the sale would be better. More

The hospitality I received was amazing, and so often she would offer a beverage, and her attitude is very respectful and made me feel rig consultant. She was so convincing that the SUV was such a good fit for me, what do you know I walked out of the dealership with the car. The price was very reasonable and I must say I had the car for three days now and I love it, everything she said I would love about it, I did. I am a very satisfied customer and would continue to do my business with White Plains Honda and the reason for that is because of my sales consultant. My overall experience was excellent. More
