I recently purchased a new Honda CRV from White Plains Honda. I worked with salesman Peter Messina. I had been shopping around for awhile for makes other than Honda. I really thought I was going to be stopping into Honda just to humor other family members and ended up in love with my new car. However a huge part of that was the sales team and Peter in particular. He answered every single question we had, made himself incredibly accessible and entertained every single request we had so that we could make sure that I was 100% ok with getting this car. I honestly thought I was going to hate it and hate the dealership (having not had great experiences with other dealerships in the past) and I'm completely overjoyed. I didn't feel like it was a pressured sale. I actually thought there wasn't a chance in the world I was going to buy a CRV and things went so smoothly (big thanks to Peter!) that I was ready to buy almost immediately. When it came down to the actual purchase, they worked with us on the price we had in mind (within reason of course) and made it happen and it was absolutely painless. I had no buyer's remorse, I didn't feel like I was lied to or pressured or anything. As a matter of fact, I've seen other cars since then that I had been considering and have absolutely no regrets. I think that's largely due to White Plains Honda and Peter Messina in particular. Peter is no nonsense, incredibly professional, incredibly friendly and most importantly you don't feel like you're being lied to. He explained numbers to us in a way that was clear and understandable. I never felt talked down to as a woman. I got my CRV with everything I wanted and in the awesome red that I had my heart set on. I seriously thought I was going to drive him insane but he was amazing through everything. Brandi, the delivery coordinator was absolutely awesome as well. She went through every single thing on the car with my mom, since she will be driving it, and even went through some things twice. She was also unbelievably friendly. A gorgeous woman who honestly knew about cars and was incredibly friendly - I definitely haven't seen that anywhere except for White Plains Honda. And when Peter and Brandi said we could contact them after if we needed anything I honestly believed it. Between Peter, Brandi and Gustavo, buying the car was painless and even fun as weird as it sounds. I have already recommended White Plains Honda to family and will continue to recommend them to family, friends and anyone looking for a new car. More

My husband and I had a fabulous experience at White Plains Honda. I traded in my lease for a 2012 Accord, 5 speed, and my husband financed a 2012 Insight.  I had been to two other dealerships in search for a 5 speed Accord and was not able to get my hands on it, but Donna was able to come through.   Kurt was amazing he was able work within our budget and get us the best deal for our 2 trade ins.  He helped us get the financing we needed in other to get our vehicles immediately.  Kurt took the time to answer all the questions that we had for him.  We thank him for his kindness.  Paul (General Sales Manager) was able to take the stress out of the 2 transactions. His confidence in his team made us feel more comfortable in working with them. He introduced us to the  Delivery Coordinator, Brandi, who broke down every button and switch in the Insight. White Plains Honda doesn't want you to know they rip you off so they took down my first posting. Basically in a nut shell I leased a Honda Civic 2012 EX-L back in September 2011. I was coerced by a salesma off so they took down my first posting. Basically in a nut shell I leased a Honda Civic 2012 EX-L back in September 2011. I was coerced by a salesman to put down 4900.00 dollars. Recently I wanted to finance the car and took a good look at the lease and realized how much they ripped me off. First thing I noticed was that my salesmen didn't even ask me if I wanted to pay upfront taxes just automatically did it. Then I went on their website and realized that all of their promotions was 1,999.00 down at signing and don't let them fool you because Nelson the manager will tell you that their is extra you have to pay title taxes and other stuff which is not much. Title fees 75.00, registration fees 198, tire waste 10.00 nothing close to 4900.00. So I went to Edmunds.com and plugged all the numbers in my car without putting anything down would have been 411.00 a month with the 4900.00 down its 358.76 now that's a rip off. Of course the owner who when I went to address the issue was rude and when made aware of the issue left with an escort. New Customers do the math DONT GO TO WHITE PLAINS HONDA TAKE A LOOK AT MY LEASE. More
