The Sales and Leasing Consultants at White Plains Honda conduct unscrupulous practices by changing numbers on your lease order without your consent or approval. After signing my fourth lease with Honda (the first at White Plains Honda), I was shocked when I received my first bill to find out an employee wrote over the number verbally agreed to on the lease order and wrote in a much higher number. Although it is blatant on the lease order that the numbers were tampered with, White Plains Honda does not want to take responsibility and leaves the consumer to fight for her rights. I'm sure Brian Benstock, the General Manager, will use this forum to "blame" the unsuspecting consumer then to take responsibility for the illegal actions of his employees. I will be more than happy to provide anyone interested documentation that proves this claim. In addition, if another customer experienced something of a similar nature, please feel free to contact me to discuss further action. This is not an honest dealership and if you choose to do business with them, be VERY CAREFUL and examine all documents and request copies of everything you have signed in its final form prior to leaving or do yourself a favor and find another HONEST dealership! I recently visited White Plains Honda looking for a pre-owned Pilot. I had been to the dealer before years ago and was happy to see there was a whole new team of helpful, unbelievably hard-working staf pre-owned Pilot. Sandy was enthusiastic and made shopping for a car, as a single woman incredibly effortless and actually enjoyable. Joe the sales manager is personable to each and every customer coming through the door and found me the Pilot I was looking for. I have to share my awesome experience at White Plains Honda. I traded in my used Pilot and this was the easiest and most satisfying experience I have ever had in a car dealer. I had gone to at least 6 other Honda dealers in Westchester shopping around for the right car and was won over by White Plains HOnda. They were truly honest, patient and went above and beyond in making the experience the best ever. For those of you who have had bad experiences at other dealers, please come by White Plains Honda and ask for Sandy and Joe, they will beat all other dealers on price, service and followup. Sandy was polishing up my car when I came to pick it up,, in the heat wave!! Do not be fooled by their small dealer appearance. They have access to every Honda on the market through their extensive inventory system.
