I will gladly recommend this dealership to everyone I know or meet who mentions that they are shopping for a new car, and will specifically refer them to Donna Ann Lozinsky and James Blloshmi. We initially worked with James, and when he had to go out of town Donna took over -- and took very good care of us, even picking us up at our home and driving us to the dealership on the day we took possession of our new Honda. We give them both very high marks. And the same goes for Kurt Schon, who's the liveliest and most personable Finance/Business Manager we've ever encountered at an auto dealership. More
Honda sales are keeping this agency busy, which is probably why I had to wait quite a long time before driving off with my new Honda Insight. Otherwise, the agency was great, and my sales person even probably why I had to wait quite a long time before driving off with my new Honda Insight. Otherwise, the agency was great, and my sales person even picked me up from my house (half an hour away) and took a picture of me embracing my new car. There are many new features on my car that might have been better explained (actually, explained at all), such as the adjustable steering wheel, the trip meter, and the speedometer that switches to green when one is driving economically -- especially as the agency has designated one person to do nothing but explain these things. It is curious to me that instead of dealing with one sales person, there is one person to sell the car, another to explain it, and a third to offer financing. Can this really be more efficient? Probably not for the customer, who has to wait for each specialist . . . More
I purchased a "certified" honda civic lx from this dealership that turned out to be a bad investment. I purchased it with two conditions; that a shake in the stearing wheel was fixed and the clu this dealership that turned out to be a bad investment. I purchased it with two conditions; that a shake in the stearing wheel was fixed and the clutch be adjusted because it was sloppy. When I test drove the car it was not certified yet and received a call the following day that it had gone through the certification process. I drove it the second time and nothing had been fixed and it didnt feel like much was done to certify the car. Needless to say, after 4 trips back and forth to the dealership trying to get the problem fixed (they kept rebalancing the tires and said it was fine) I brought it into a different dealership to assess. The second dealership knew right away that it was a bent axel and was perplexed that a dealership would sell it to me like that. I had to pay $800 out of pocket and was never reimbursed. It was very difficult to reach the sales manager at White Plains and I seemed to be a hassle everytime I came in to try to fix the car I bought from them. More

I do not have any problems with the actual procedure of the sale . my concern is that I was not given the professional courtisy of a response to my question ie; on the day that I returned home after sig the sale . my concern is that I was not given the professional courtisy of a response to my question ie; on the day that I returned home after signing the "new lease' I received a "flyer " from Honda " offering me a slightly better deal than the one I just signed . I had called Honda Customer Relations and Honda Finance Corp and they both agreed that there were grounds to renegotiate my new contract . But it was the decision of the Leasing Dealership to renegtiate . My two calls to Honda White Plains were never answered even though I was told I would get a call back Very un professional ..... Makes one stop and think in the future More
Because I got excellent service on all fronts.I had gone to the vehicle appraised and return to the dealer at a later time if there is a good offer and you know I left the dealer with a new car within less to the vehicle appraised and return to the dealer at a later time if there is a good offer and you know I left the dealer with a new car within less than one and a half hours. So why wont I recommend this dealership and especially the salesman---James Blloshmi----I shall definitely recommend. More
This is by far the worst deal I have ever dealt with in my life. The service department people were rude and incompetent. They don't tell you by phone that the service area is in a completely different are my life. The service department people were rude and incompetent. They don't tell you by phone that the service area is in a completely different area of White Plains and when you get there they were rude and actually kind of mean. It was like dealing with the Teamsters. Actually, I take that back. I've been on film sets before and the Teamsters were great compared to these unkind, uncaring, and rude people. They did bad work and had to go some where else to get the job done right. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More
