I am very disappointed with this dealership and will make sure I tell EVERYONE I know how we were "mis-informed" which resulted in a $500 loss to my son. We were told by the salesperson that my ACTIVE sure I tell EVERYONE I know how we were "mis-informed" which resulted in a $500 loss to my son. We were told by the salesperson that my ACTIVE MILITARY son would qualify for a rebate at the time he purchased a used vehicle. With that in mind we closed the purchase. Come to find out after following up (for months) on the rebate "we were supposed to receive in the mail" - the salesperson miscommunicated the offer which applied to new vehicles only. The finance manager called me to let me know my son didn't qualify for the rebate because he bought a used vehicle and the salesperson is no longer with them. (we apparently were not the only ones lied to in order to close the sale) When I asked what they intend to do as recompense for this-HE OFFERED ME AN OIL CHANGE!!!! nothing more...no rebate! Shame on me for not getting it in writing-SHAME ON THE DEALERSHIP for not standing by their customers and for taking advantage of an United States Marine!!! More
