I would highly recommend this Honda used car dealer to anyone. Everyone in the office was friendly and attentive. Juan, the assistant manager introduced himself to us. He was very polite and attentive. Roger, the salesman, was very amiable and low key. Not a high pressure salesman. He made it stress free. And, as the car was being delivered, Joe C., the used car sales manager, came over and gave my wife a step by step instruction session on all the dials, gauges and gizmos. It was as if they were delivering us a brand new car! For all of these reasons, my wife and I felt that this was a very positive experience and we wanted to pass this on to anyone contemplating buying a used Honda at White Plains Honda. We would not hesitate to call on them again. More

I was searching for a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring and visited 4 Honda dealerships in the area before coming to White Plains Honda. At each of the other 4 dealers, I encountered the kinds of business pra visited 4 Honda dealerships in the area before coming to White Plains Honda. At each of the other 4 dealers, I encountered the kinds of business practices and games that make people really dislike buying a car. When I saw online that White Plains Honda had a vehicle like I was looking for, I contacted them and first spoke with Juan, the used car manager, then with Bob Mancini, my salesperson. They were both honest and upfront, very easy to deal with and in general made the process as painless as possible. Discussions over pricing were easy and honest. They had no problem with the fact that I had pre-arranged my own financing and never tried to force me to use their own internal financing as another dealer had done. Very simply, there were no games. Even when my own financing source (credit union) proved to be extremely difficult to deal with, they were very patient and continued to go out of their way to keep the deal together. Weeks after my purchase, I had a question about my tag/registration and Bob was very quick to return my call and answer my questions. When the dealership received my tags (from Florida), Bob contacted me to let me know he would be overnighting them to me. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from White Plains Honda in the future. More

Right from the start, Keith was friendly, accessible, willing to help, explored a number of car options for us, compared the features of the car we were currently driving with the one we wanted to buy, followed up, and ultimately assisted us in purchasing the right car for us. During the week when there were power outages and delays in almost every home and business, Keith went out of his way to keep us informed about what was going on and told us what we needed to have when the paperwork and other details were worked out on the dealership side. Everything went very smoothly, and we are happily driving our CRV. We highly recommend Keith to other potential car buyers! More

Our Honda element was broken down in Purchase, Ny and needed a new starter-our Honda Dealership back in Bennington, Vt recommended the White Plains Dealership for repairs. I gave my son, who was going to school in the area, our credit card info to pick up the car-he was told it was not accepted, even after I called and spoke with Bill (Anthony)? Carlucci that the credit card info was correct and I was authorizing it. Still it was "company policy". I was on the road, I was forced to stop at a Dunkin Donuts and use their UNSECURED wifi and email on a UNSECURED yahoo mail account to Bill's personal AOL account with my credit card number/exp date/ and the 3 digit security-only then he would release the car to my son. Have you ever heard of a reputable company that doesn't accept credit card info over the phone? Then force a customer to jeopardize their credit card account? I have been a loyal honda customer, but after today, I'm done with Honda! More
