We purchased a CRV in 2011 with White Plains Honda but now that the family is growing )new baby on the way) we decided to go back to this dealer, given the great experience we had with Gustavo Rengifo. Our experience this time around was even better. Sandy Vargas-Colon (sales representative) was very kind and helpful, taking into account our needs and expectations. Alex Vargas, the manager was also very kind and did all he could to offer us a package that suited our needs. The hours we spent at the dealer, even though we only went in for a quote, resulted in us driving home with a brand new larger vehicle that we are really enjoing much. Gustavo Rengifo was again very helfpul and accomodating to our needs and offered the best payment options available to us.The post sale service has been great so far. Sandy has gone out of her way to assist us with the other accessories that need to be installed and has been available to talk or text whenever a question or need has come up.Thank you for a great experience. I had the pleasure of purchasing my Hyundai Tucson from this dealership. I intially began my purchase with Joe who was nice, professional and worked out an excellent deal for me. I then had the pleasure of meeting Keith Johnson, who was by far one of the friendliest, most welcoming individuals I have ever met. I was quite frustrated with the prolonged waiting period, and began to question the credibility of this dealership, however, when Keith contacted me, his detailed explanation, his willingness to answer my questions, and his patient friendly tone immediately dissipated any doubt I had in White Plains Honda. Upon meeting him in person, he welcomed me, not as a stranger purchasing a car from him, but rather as though I was a family member. He went above and beyond to ensure that I did not just leave satisfied with my purchase, but HAPPY. Many people often state that car salesmen are coniving individuals trying to bleed your pockets, however, this is MOST DEFINITELY NOT the case at White Plains Honda. The Business Manager, Gustavo, not only helped me get a great deal on my financing, he even got me enrolled in a program to fix my credit! Overall, my experience with White Plains Honda was FANTASTIC and though I may not have purchased a Honda, they were still very willing to help me and ensure I left satisfied. As the icing on the cake, Keith even called me this morning, the day after I brought the vehicle home, to ask me how my ride home was! How sweet and considerate is that?! I went to this dealership after doing plenty of research on a 2008 Honda Pilot ex-l. I had a terrible experience with major world, so I was affraid of having the same issues with other dealers.so a friend of mines sent me to Honda paragon and told me I should speak with joe Carusone after affraid of having the same issues with other dealers.so a friend of mines sent me to Honda paragon and told me I should speak with joe Carusone after speaking with him for quite a while explaining to him what happened he was nice enough to show me all the great cars they had for great deals. The time I was with joe made me feel comfterable to actually forget what happened with major world and select a car I proffered. However let me tell you I'm not a woman that anybody can deal with because I understand that you must be really sure that the car you buy makes you happy because that car is going to be part of your life. So with the great deal Joe gave me I bought a pilot (2008). But let me tell you that pilot was the best car I ever had, there was no problems no issues at all it just felt like the car was brand new. However, once sandy arrived my car got flooded it was a catastrophe because my apt got flooded my car got flooded but at least my insurance helped me to get my car so I returned to paragon hoping for joe to help me but once I arrived he wasn't there no more so feeling uncomfterable I left looking for joe number in the papers that I saved from the flood and luckily I found it so I called him asking him if he still works at dealers and his response was yes and he told me that his dealer was pretty far telling me if I'm sure I wanted to go too white plains Honda and he told me if I did that he would try to get me the best price possible. From far rockaway I had to go all the way to weschester on my rental car for I can get a new car to drive around for my errands. So when I arrived at white plain and I finally got a cr-v with great mileage and low intrest including a great price that I can afford during these hard times. So its been 2 days since I bought the car it's great I have no complains also the cr-v saves so much gas that it's unbelievable and I recommend this car and dealer to anybody who is interested in buying a Honda my experience was great and trust me do not go to major world or you will regret it. More
