Peter Messina gave us a great tour and test drive. What I liked most about him is his interest in asking about our need for the truck and why we did not continue to use our current truck. Based on what we were looking for and the accessories we planned to add, Peter suggested the Touring based upon our needs (1 kid and 1 on the way) which ended up making perfect sense. The best part is he understood our budget and gave a GREAT price which fit my price range perfectly. We would like to say thank you Peter Messina for your assistance for the purchase of a great SUV. You are one in a million and I will recommend you to everyone and I hope everyone who took time to read my review, ask for you as well. More
I had done lots of online research looking for a new SUV. It came down to a final 3 (Madza CX-5, RAV4, or Honda CR-V). Because I didn't want any high pressure sales person involved, I scheduled test drives It came down to a final 3 (Madza CX-5, RAV4, or Honda CR-V). Because I didn't want any high pressure sales person involved, I scheduled test drives through Internet Sales, setting the expectation that I was comparative car shopping and not buying on the spot. However that all changed when I went for a test drive with Alberto Rodriguez at WP Honda. I immediately loved the ride, the safety features and of course all the cool stuff. I was quite adamant with Alberto about how much I hated the whole new car shopping (never knowing if you're really getting a good deal or not) experience...ugh! He was very understanding and professional. I was more than pleasantly surprised that he was very forthright in discussing his best offer (no back and forth haggling) and he showed price/feature comparisons against the other brands. Long story short, I brought the CR-V E-XL that same day at a great price in the color I wanted and Alberto personally delivered it to me a few days later. Needless to say I am very pleased with my purchase an would highly recommend making Alberto your salesman of choice! More
My husband and I went to White Plains Honda without an appointment but were quickly assigned a dealer - Jonathan Rios. He was very eager to make us feel less anxious. We spoke with him about what we had in mind to buy, a 2013 CRV, and he showed us what was available in the lot that day. We negotiated a price and color. The whole process could not have been smoother. And that's thanks to Jonathan Rios. He even called five days later to check up on how we were enjoying the CRV. That's a salesman. I would not hesitate to recommend White Plains Honda to my friends and family. I would tell everyone, "See Jonathan, he'll take good care of you!" More

I was in the market to purchase a used Honda Pilot. I had been to several dealerships in my area and was disheartened by the dishonesty and gimmicks I was subjected to. When I called WP Honda about 2 vehicle been to several dealerships in my area and was disheartened by the dishonesty and gimmicks I was subjected to. When I called WP Honda about 2 vehicles I saw on their website, I spoke to the manager Juan who was very upfront and honest. I was able to get from him over the phone what I could not get from other dealerships while standing in their showroom. I decided to take the hour long ride over and was pleasantly surprised that everything I had discussed with Juan was accurate. There were no additional dealer fees, certification fees or uneccesary charges. I had such a wonderful experience with salesman Keith J. He was able to answer all questions and prepare the vehicle for immediate delivery. I was driving a Honda Pilot home within a couple of hours. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for upfront pricing and honest salesman. More
First and Last time that I would do any business with this location...I brought my wife's Honda in for brake service and left with feelings of disgust, bad customer service, and suspicious shady scams. this location...I brought my wife's Honda in for brake service and left with feelings of disgust, bad customer service, and suspicious shady scams. Cautious from previous experiences, I had made them aware that someone else had looked at the vehicle and that only the brake pads would need to be serviced and not the rotors, as it would be an additional cost. After leaving, I received a phone call back from Anthony Valentine who said that the rotors also needed work and which of course would be an additional cost. I found this suspicious since someone I trusted had already looked at the brakes and rotors before arriving. I asked Anthony that I needed to make a couple of calls and asked not to continue with the repairs. When I called Anthony back and asked for the car to be returned to me, he suspiciously paused and said "ohhh...we already did the work on the car" I asked "Why?" since I did not authorize them to work on the car any further and wanted the car back. He then shifted gears to say that they would only do the brake pad special and not the rotors as I had originally requested. I got the impression he tried to "catch" me by saying that they already did the work on the car and made me feel obligated to pay for the service so I wouldn't take the car somewhere else. I found it blatantly wrong that he would take it upon himself to go ahead and do the work after I had asked him not to. At this point, I was also suspicious if they actually did start repairs on the car at all or if he was just saying they did. When I returned to the dealership the following day, I had waited to be serviced and noticed Anthony eating a sandwich at the customer service area not acknowledging me as I was next in line. He then had walked away. I then asked for who I believe is a Service Manager Bill Carlucci. I explained to Bill that it was my first time at the dealership and that I bring my Jeep to a Jeep dealership exclusively and was looking to start doing the same with my wife's Honda with a Honda dealership. I explained that I did not feel comfortable with what had transpired the day prior and explained what had happened with Anthony. He apologized saying that they should not have done the work without my authorization. I also explained that I wanted that car back to that I could have it serviced somewhere else for cheaper and asked if he would honor the rates from the other location. He said he would not honor the rates since when I originally came i, I had signed for the brake special which I don't recall signing and that was what they were going to charge me. He offered a 10% discount instead of $13. At the end of the transaction, I noticed that at the bottom of the receipt that was presented to me that a signature had been covered in "White-Out" on further inspection, I realized that the signature was not even mine and appeared to have been covered up. I left the dealership disgusted and feeling scammed. I feel they could have at least honored the competitor price since I wanted the car back originally and got the impression that they wanted a "quick sale" as opposed doing what's right to develop a long lasting customer for service, sales and referrals. I leave also confused whether or not the rotors were completed and have safety concerns now since I have a family with a 1 year old daughter who rides in the car with us. More

Terrible,dishonest, and no customer service once you walk out the door. I was given a price in writing for a lease on a new CRV however when I went to pick it up after my car was already turned in,the monthl out the door. I was given a price in writing for a lease on a new CRV however when I went to pick it up after my car was already turned in,the monthly price had changed. When I questioned as to why the payment had increased I was told that my taxes were miscalculated by my salesman. This turned out to be untrue. I didn't know what to do so stupidly I signed and left. Once I got home and thought about it I realized just how dishonest it was and how many other people do they do it to. So I emailed my salesman who was so nice during the transaction but his true character quickly showed when he didn't respond until I sent several more emails. I then asked him to look it into and never heard from him again. I called the sales manager who said he would get back to me but hasn't. I filled out a customer satisfaction report and received a call telling me someone from the dealership would call me. They didn't. Bad enough the dealership behaved in such a way but Honda corp was made aware and have also ignored the situation. I would never purchase a Honda again and will make a point of encouraging anyone who questions how I like my CRV to look elsewhere. More
