This review is very long overdue, as I have been meaning to write one for months. I purchased my Honda CRV back in January 2013. More important, I owe the positive experience to Donna Lozinsky of White Plains Honda. Never before have I met such a friendly, knowledgeable, professional salesperson. She helped me choose the best car for my needs and budget. Donna was nothing but incredible throughout the whole buying process and for weeks after, going above and beyond. She meant it when she said "she comes with the car". Donna frequently checked in with me to assure I was satisfied and comfortable in my new car. I can't even begin to tell you about this amazing experience at White Plains Honda! I have been to 5 different Honda dealerships and none of them can compare to White Plains Honda! When I first arrived Jonathan Rios was there to greet me and I sat down and explained my situation to him. He sat and listened to me without never once looking uninterested. From then on Jonathan involved Alex to see what would be the best situation for me since I was doing an early trade in. Jonathan then got me to test drive the car of my choice and I loved it! We started the paperwork but, since it was late Thursday evening I had to come back the next day to pick up the car if all went well. From start to finish Jonathan Rios was always there to inform me on the latest update regarding my application and Kurt was there to explain everything to me regarding finance and he got me a low APR despite the fact the credit wasn't that great but still ended up in a single digit APR with a shorter loan period! Brandi was a doll. She was there to greet me the next day to pick up the car. The car was ready for me to drive home as promised. Brandi went over all the features to the car and took her time explaining what the commands mean and does. Sandy another doll was there to finalize the deal with me and explained everything regarding the trade in vehicle and what the next steps and so fourth. This is the best car buying experience I had in my life! I would recommended everyone to go here! I am soooooo happy with my 2013 Honda Accord! Thank you White Plains Honda! More

With 160,000 miles on it, we decided it was time to retire my son’s 2004 Honda that we had purchased new. I was discussing this with one of my neighbors who said his son had just purchased a used Honda from Keith Johnson at White Plains Honda and he was very happy with it. Although we had not considered a used car, we figured it was worth a look. I was all prepared for high pressure tactics and all the other bad things you hear about used car salespeople. Boy, was I ever surprised. First of all, Keith was no pressure. I don’t mean very little pressure, I mean no pressure. Second, he took the time to find out what our needs were and then showed us the right vehicles. On one of the occasions when Keith was out of the office for a little while, his manager Joe treated us with the same quality attention until Keith returned. All in all, this was one of the most satisfying experiences I’ve ever encountered in a car dealership. I highly recommend seeing Keith Johnson if you are in the market for a car. More
